Maybe an actual Saber Tooth can be another type of BigCat? Like how we have the elephants and the mammoths. However, I personally feel the normal BigCats shouldn't have the saber teeth
that would be cool breeding a saber tooth with a normal big cat without saber teeth would make a big cat with saber teeth
Previously, pokémobs would stand next to you when they were attacking, which made it easier to hit and kill them. Now they walk into your player model, which is sort of strange and makes them very difficult to hit, especially the tiny ones. This also happens when two melee/close range pokémobs fight, which is a sight for sore eyes. Is it possible for you to revert this?
This is more notable with beldum
Also i made the cooltrainer skin
my game crashed on startup i am using the latest forge for 1.9.4

i made the psychic skin i could not reproduce some parts because of the minecraft skin system but those are just little details also it is using the alex format
First the easy thing:
If you can get me a list of which pokemobs the player is wrongly positioned when flying on, I can easily fix that via their xmls in Pokecube Mobs.
In minecraft 1.8, the particle system minecraft used was completely changed, and even more so in 1.9, this made the old way to do particles impossible, so all of the old animations were lost. Thunderbolt like attacks actually made fake lightning, so they still work, and as Jones7789 mentioned, I am not good at making animations.
The lingering thing was to make them not always stay right on top of you and kill you with their own attacks (in single player, I always play with FF on, so you don't want them to be right next to you), I guess I can add a config option for how closely they stay to the player.
For the power leveling, try the new feature where you can have guard and follow enabled, that should result in them wandering around you a lot more when there are wild pokemobs nearby.
As for farfetch'd, I will need to see if I can do something about that, I also changed how all of the models are rendered, to make it much easier for me to add/animate them, whereas the old system took many, many hours per pokemob model to add, the new on takes a few minutes, the down side is that it isn't quite as easy to render things like held items, maybe someone could make a model for it which had the sugar cane in the hand?
So the way I did it was to download imagemagick (http://www.imagemagick.org/script/index.php) then use the following in a batch script (ie made a text file, put this in, and renamed extension to .bat):
for %%i in (./process/*) do convert "%~dp0process\%%i" -filter box -resize 512x512! "%~dp0process\%%i"
pause
I then put the textures into a folder called "process" and had the batch in the folder outside process, and ran it, it then changed all of them to 512x512, it would probably be best to adjust that per texture though, say one that is 64x100 should probably be converted to 64x128 or so instead.
For farfertch'd i think that you should make it hold the item called stick when you add it to the game and the farfertch'ds that are holding it should drop it when defeated
