is it all of them? are they always invisible? do you use optifine? I tested the latest version by fighting trainers (did not have optifine though), so at least in that test they were visible for me.
i only found a invisible cooltrainer but i didnt checked the other trainers in the area, he was visible on old versions and i use optifine, in the github i posted some errors on the log that may be related to that
I wonder if optifine is doing something odd, see if you can change any optifine settings in it to fix it?
All I do for trainer renderering (shop venders are technically trainers in code) is render a player model, so if optifine is messing with that, then it would explain it, and in that case, there isn't really anything I can do to fix it, as optifine is a core mod that messes with stuff that I cannot really interact with without making pokecube a core mod itself (which then causes loads of issues)

you can trade emeralds for it with trainers, after you beat one trainer give a emerald to it ,and it will be able to do trades with you and if you have luck one of the trades will be for the charizardite x
Not sure about the messages, I can see about making angry pokemob health bars show from farther away.
I can add more trainer classes at some point, if you have any suggestions for them, put them on the github.
It should use both textures, it renders one first (the keystone), then renders the other one second (the rest), after changing the colour, That is why one of the textures just has the keystone, and the other doesn't have it.
Does the bag render correctly for you? what about the hat?

As for repels, no, the current system has it cover a cube, so you would need to place repels down as needed. repels can have a radius of 64 blocks though, so not that many repels will be needed, unless you want to have them cover a narrow radius.
I just downloaded it and it seems great! Only problem is... it crashed on me twice, in both times pokemon were just attacking me. This is the game output of the last crash I had

the 1.7.10 version isn't supported anymore but optifine isn't incompatible with pokecube on 1.8.9,1.9.4 and 1.10
