According to the Wiki, the sentences in the book are totally random and meaningless, thus are not at all a clue to guess your enchanting. At least, a good wayto make enchanting less random would be that each new enchantment tried and discovered appears clearly next time they get available again in the book. Some may have guessed, it's all like the new Alchemy system in Skyrim : mix some unknown ingredients in an alchemy lab to discover some of their properties, if they have at least one in common that gives a successful result.
Thats a good idea going back to the skyrim thing you could also be able to find "recipies" for different enchantments
like my book idea, except it would only be for one enchantment at a time.
If i'm remembering correctly, it's either a popular video game's language, or a movie/tv show's, so you can translate it quite easily after finding out it's origin.
From my understanding even though you are able to translate it it wouldn't tell you what enchantment you would get, I may be wrong on that though.
From what i see is that people do no like about how picking enchantments are random and you have no idea of what you're getting. So my idea on how to solve this isn't just changing the enchantment names to something readable but instead find a way to translate them. For each map the key to the enchantments' translations would be randomized to prevent one person from finding the code then posting it online. Then you would be able to find the key to the translations in dungeons in the form of a readable book or something. It would also be possible to discover the key via trial and error, by picking an enchantment and matching the letters to the code.
