    Sorry for the late reply, I've been having internet issues. Yes, I have a tower from bedrock to build limit in the spawn chunk where I put all of my command blocks, that way they are always loaded and all in the same chunk. Usually I copy the command blocks by ctrl+pickblock, but when they don't work like that, sometimes I copy paste the command into a new command block entirely, neither seems to be more reliable than the other, it seems that certain coordinates don't WORK with command blocks in my world oddly enough

    Hello, I am an owner of a very small scale Kit PvP server in vanilla 1.10.2. I haven't updated it to 1.12 because of changes in shield and item stacking mechanics that would break some classes, but that's an issue for another day. I have a chunk dedicated to a tower of command blocks that maintain certain elements of kits, such as special arrows, particles, effects, droppable power-ups, etc. and sometimes when I create a command block set on repeat and always active (or repeat and needs redstone with a powered lever), the command block doesn't execute at all. This is not a syntax error or an error with powering the command block, because I can usually copy the command block EXACTLY as it was in the original position over to a different position a little ways or even a few blocks away, and the command block works exactly as intended in the new position. Is this preventable or a common issue, or am I just going to have to deal with it?

    Smelting... Here's the things
    Fire-pit-Can cook clay and food, that's about it. The BASIC furnace, runs on fire from a fire-starter or better
    Kiln-Can be used to fire clay and porcelain things, also works as a upgrade to a fire pit as it can smelt some ores and such.
    Forge-Can be used to mollify(soften) metals so they can be blacksmithed on an anvil.
    Blast furnace-Super-heats stuff and separates it in the process. Can also be used to make steel, pig iron, and other strong alloys
    Distiller-Heats stuff so it can separate the compounds, can separate very difficult to separate things like liquid air or things like oil.
    Crusher-Rams ores and such against pistons so fast that it turns them into dust, able to be further processed or processed easier.
    Electrolyzer-Separates compounds that can or can't be smelted, only separates individual elements.
    Etcetcetc there's just the basics of processing

    Ender chest, nah seems nerfed that way

    Anvil maybe but probably not

    Forge nonono the forge is a multiblock structure

    TNT maybe!

    Iiiii see how you're going about this. Sorry heheh I keep getting the replies late, so how about you make a chest frame, a binding, and an adhesive like clay to make a chest? The chest frame holds the stuff, the binding keeps it together, and the adhesive attaches the parts. Thanks!

    But how would one do that without a crafting table? Im removing the crafting table and i was thinking of making boxes for an early chest but chests later on lockable containers.. Maybe a box could be made with the crafting table recipe? Also any fantasy metals or metals from other games you recommend I add? I gotta add some easter eggs :D

    OBSIDIAN
    Need new tool tiers? Try Obsidian! Although only slightly better than stone, it lasts a long time.

    FIRE
    Being on fire can burn wood in your inventory and your armor.

    WATER
    Being in water can rot wood, spoil food, and weaken leather.

    MOLDING
    Liquid iron doesn't cool into nice ingots by itself. Build molds and leave them to cool somewhere cold. Holds up to 9 at once.

    FISHING
    You'll need bait and a hook to fish. You can also make Iron rods. You can get worms as bait by hoeing the ground.

    WOOL
    You can craft a wool to make 4 string.

    JUICE
    Make melon and apple juice with said fruit and a water bottle.

    MAGIC MILK
    Milk isn't magic! No status restoration.

    Lighting stuff, I disabled furnaces(see the actual details to find out why) and unlit torches can be crafted with sticky coal and a stick, which can be placed and lit with a firestarter (2 diagonal sticks, less durability than flintandsteel and low success rate)
    Heat, that seems really complicated I mean its possible but idk, I'll thank about it.
    Freezer box, I already have a freezer machine planned that is powered by electricity and keeps food or other items frozen or freezes some items.
    Meat, um... maybe? I don't really like that idea much as the whole crafting multiple things and such just seems ehh.
    Obsidian, noo, this idea would be overpowered. 3 pieces of obsidian are not hard to comeby and will result in a long lasting pickaxe.. seems too overpowered, though obsidian can be sharpened to make sharp weapons and such.
    Fire, maybe a hardcore setting? That seems really hardcore haha and would be hard to code
    Water, uhm how about no?
    Molding, already been decided to happen. And the iron isn't even liquified, drained, or extracted from the ores properly, so I'm completely revamping the processing system and discontinuing the furnace! Start with a firepit, then upgrade to a kiln, eventually a forge and blast furnace, then industrialize!
    Fishing, I kinda like the new fishing idea, considered!
    Wool, I am adding a mechanic where you can shear a piece of wool to get 4 string and craft 4 string into a wool for easy disassembly.
    Juice, sure, not sure why I didn't add that already xD
    Magic milk, yea I was thinking of making certain herbal blends and natural stuffs that heal certain things. Milk should fill a bit of hunger!

    Hello and welcome! LesJespers here, I have had a bit of a problem recently. I tried to make a modpack with most of the mods I know and love but, as usual, it resulted in a highly bugged, conflicting, crashing mess. Why is this? Generally mods only cover a small field, so a modpack must be constructed to fill all fields, but modpacks are unstable and take a lot of effort to stabilize, and even then they have duplicates and all these overlapping systems that just seem to flop in the end. I would love to play a mod with electricity, alchemy, metallurgy(the study, not mod), realism, magic, and more in it but there isn't really one of those and modpacks can only do so much due to incompatibility. So I thought of this...
    ..an everything mod!
    Combining all of the aspects of good mods together into one mod, a mod that is its own modpack! Trouble mixing redpower and buildcraft item systems? Not anymore! Everything is compatible in this mod because it is one mod! Relying on realism, fun, and a compact everything, this mod would be a great thing!
    I have many many ideas and have started spriting the mod but this will not be something I will be able to do alone. Here are my ideas so far..
    I was planning on making this more of a clean start than on vanilla minecraft. Punching trees to knock them down? Ha, no. A magical furnace that can cook food and process ores? Good one! I am planning on removing and replacing the...

    Furnace (Not realistic and too easy to start off. Get 8 stone and you can suddenly make iron tools, the next best thing to DIAMONDS! This allows game completion in 10 minutes! Different versions of the furnace will be added)
    Redstone Repeater (Will be explained in redstone section, removed but replaced)
    Redstone Comparator (Will also be explained in redstone section, removed for relatively same reason.)
    Wooden tools (Also not realistic and providing a really fast start. A wooden pickaxe shouldn't be able to mine a meter of stone in 5 seconds.. This will also be replaced by something like a flint pickaxe (To be explained)
    Crafting table (This may seem outrageous as it disables most of minecraft seemingly, but I have found the crafting table too op to be realistic. 1 minute of gameplay and you can have a full set of tools. Also, metal objects aren't made by placing them together like legos in a fancy table.. they have to be casted. I will keep the in inventory crafting table because that will be required and more realistic, but the crafting table recipes will be rebalanced out.)

    Those are the items I am planning on removing for now.
    Here are the drop changes I am planning on implementing.
    Grass- Instead of dropping dirt, it will drop dirt with a chance of seeds, tall grass, moss(to be explained), or rocks(to be explained)
    Mycelium- Instead of dropping dirt, it will drop dirt with a chance of mushrooms, rocks, or spores(to be explained)
    Podzol- Instead of dropping dirt, it will drop dirt with a chance of leaf(to be explained), seeds, or spores.
    Leaves- Instead of occasionally dropping a sapling, it will have a chance to drop leaf(to be explained), sticks, the corresponding fruit, or saplings.
    Dirt- Occasionally drops rocks(to be explained) along with dirt.
    Glass- Drops glass shards(to be explained)
    Sand- Rarely drops silicon(to be explained)
    Gravel- Drops rocks(to be explained) along with gravel.
    Soul sand- Rarely drops mortus(to be explained) along with soulsand
    Glowstone- Occasionally drops sulfur along with glowstone dust.
    Any stone, ore, or endstone- Sometimes drops rocks(to be explained) along with the corresponding block.
    Netherrack or gravel(in the nether)- Occasionally drops hot rocks(to be explained)
    To start off, you must get some sticks from trees and rocks from dirt, grass, podzol, or mycelium. 2 sticks diagonal can make a firestarter, a flint and steel but less durability and low firestarting rate. 2 sticks vertical can make a staff, a low tier sword, deals 2 damage instead of 1 damage(fist). Crafting 2x2 rocks get a gravel, which can be broken for flint eventually. The flint can be crafted 2x2 to make a hammerstone, the basic form of a toolmaker. The hammerstone cannot be placed and has a GUI like this:

    When an item is put in the leftmost slot, a fake image appears in each of the other slots of the material you put in the one. This is similar to forestry carpenters or autocrafting tables or such. One can remove certain fake images from the right to form certain tool heads, like making this pattern..

    with the underscores being blanked out spots to get the basic flint tool, a handaxe. The handaxe is simply a hammerstoned piece of flint in a axehead shape. Not requiring a stick and being handheld, this is as fast as a hand in vanilla minecraft at breaking logs, but it still breaks them as breaking logs with hands is disabled...
    I will continue the indepth progression changes later, but for now heres the stuff.
    2 sticks->firestarter(cheap flint and steel with less durability and a high fail chance)
    2x2 sticks->firepit(early furnace, requires fire on it to work)
    2 sticks->staff(early weapon[2 damage=1 heart])
    2x2 flint->hamerstone(basic tool crafter)
    hammerstoning flint->handaxe(early axe)
    hammerstoning bone->awl(early armor crafter)
    hammerstoning stick->wooden spear(staff that can be thrown with right click)
    hammerstoning flint->flint point(crafting element)
    flint point+clay piece->sticky flint point(crafting element)
    sticky flint point+stick->flint spear(wooden spear with more durability and deals 3 damage instead of 2)

    Lightning is a rare event but will be worth it when it happens in many ways..
    Supercharged creeper-When a supercreeper is killed, it will drop a rare empowered gunpowder and some creeper essence, two hard to obtain materials that will have super fun uses
    Lightningstruck sand-When sand is struck by lightning, a small radius around the striking point will be turned into silicon blocks which can be turned into silicon(a hard to get material)
    Lightningstruck dirt-When dirt is lightningstruck, it will turn into gravesoil, a soil that spawns undead mobs and can drop bones, heads, or coal dust sometimes along with dirt.
    Lightningstruck leaves will disappear
    Lightningstruck logs- Will turn into charred wood, a cheap charcoal source that requires no processing to use for effcient fuel.
    The redstone signal system will have a massive change to it. Why make all these new energy systems like MJ, EU, RF, or UE when you could just use the already pre-built redstone signal? I am going to make the following changes..
    Redstone dust-This will still carry up to 15 redstone power and still lose one redstone power per block, so it will pretty much be the same.. but it will not be used for simple signaling..
    Redstone torch-This will only emit a small amount of redstone power(15) before it is depleted and turns into a depleted redstone torch. This is because redstone is going to be changed from a signal system to a whole new energy system.
    Redstone block-This will only emit a limited amount of redstone power(135) before it turns into a depleted redstone block. It can be made by pressurizing 9 redstone.
    Redstone repeater-This is removed due to it refreshing a signal so therefore fabricating energy as the redstone system is changed to an energy system. If you are looking for a one way wire, use diode. If you are looking for a way to delay a signal, use delayer.
    Redstone comparator-This is not going to work well with the new system, generating signals from nothing and such, it will be replaced with logic gates, detectors, and a new form of the comparator.
    Pressure plate/button/tripwire/lever-These devices will only create a redstone signal of 1 which is not enough to be stored or to power a machine but will be enough to power an adjacent door, piston, dispensor.. etc.etc.

    The power generation system will be determined soon
    Since the crafting table will be removed the creation of other things will be changed..
    Planks-These can be crafted by crafting a handaxe, axe, saw, or power saw with a log. This will take a bit of durability or power from the tool and return it and the planks.
    Sticks-The recipe will be removed as sticks are common drops from leaves.
    Crafting table-Removed
    Furnace-Removed
    Wood tools-Removed
    Torch-To make torches, you must combine a sticky coal with a stick to get an unlit torch. Light the unlit torch to create a torch, but the torch will turn into an unlit torch when broken.
    Chest-Chest Frame(2x2 wood frame(2x2 plank=2 wood frames)), chest latch(3 shapeless sticks), and an adhesive(clay, glue, etc)
    Glowstone block-Recipe removed, pressurized 4 glowstone dust
    Wool- Crafted 2x2 in a needle GUI
    TNT- IDEA NEEDED, ANYONE?
    Slabs-Handaxe, axe, saw, or power saw on side of a plank.
    Stairs-Handaxe, axe, saw, or power saw to upper side of a plank.
    Snow block-Pressurized 4 snowballs
    Clay block-Pressurized 4 clay pieces
    Bricks block-4 mortared brick
    Stone bricks-4 stone brick(1 stone in stonecutter=4 stone brick)
    Nether bricks-5 nether brick(smelted soulsand)

    Smooth Sandstone-Sandstone and (sandpaper or a file)

    Argentite(Ag2S)=Main source of silver and also a decent source of sulfur, found in hot places
    Acanthite(Ag2S)=Main source of silver and also a decent source of sulfur, found in colder places than argentite
    Spodumene(LiAl(SiO3)2)=Main lithium ore, also a source of aluminium
    Beryl(Be3Al2Si6O18)=Main source of beryllium and also produces a decent amount of aluminium
    Sassolite((H3)BO3)=Ore form of boric acid, source of boron and borax
    Fluorite(CaF2)=Most common ore form of fluorine. Works wonders in optics and can be used as a flux or in making glass
    Magnesite(MgCO3)=Can be used as a catalyst for synthetic rubber synthesis or smelted with high carbon fuel to make Magnesium oxide, a refractory material. Also the main source of magnesium.
    Bauxite(Al(OH)3)=Main commercial source of aluminium
    Apatite(Ca5(PO4)3(F))=Big source of phorphorus(besides bones), so can be ground and used for fertilizers. Can also be used to make hydrofluoric acid. Apparently can be used to store radioactive waste.
    Pyrite(FeS2)=Gold ore? Good one, this is an iron sulfide that can be used to create sparks, make sulfur and its acids or oxides, and is even a semiconductor, but it ain't gold
    Sylvite(KCl)=This is a mineral quite like salt but a bit more bitter. Is also a large source potassium for fertilizer.
    Gypsum(CaSO4(H2O)2)=Very useful ore, can be made into a mortar, can be made into plaster, can be used as a fertilizer, can add hardness to water, can be used for mushroom farming, and can be used to make mead. Also a big source of Calcium.
    Thortveitite((Sc,Y)2Si2O7)=Main source of scandium and a source of yttrium
    Ilmenite(FeTiO3)=Large source of titanium, also contains some iron.
    Vanadinite(Pb5(VO4)3Cl)=Main source of vanadium and minor source of lead, only found near lead minerals or as a result of lead ore oxidation.
    Chromite(FeCr2O4)=Main source of chromium but is also a good refractory material
    Pyrolusite(MnO2)=Can prepare chlorine but is an important source of manganese

    Redpower provides computers, but Computercraft provides more capable computers. Computercraft computers can show color, come with default programs, use the Lua language(easy to learn) and can do math, toggle redstone, and do all sorts of things! A big thing in Computercraft is the turtle. The turtle can be given a tool and will follow the code provided to it. A mining turtle can mine an area for you (you can control where and how much it mines too, along with how!). A felling turtle axes trees down.. a farming turtle farms stuff, and you can execute the dance command to get turtles to "Get down"! But if you want to get even more possibilities, consider getting Openperipherals and Misc peripherals, two computercraft addons, that add lots of content. You can get alchemy turtles from Equivalent exchange, Laser turtles from IC2, and lots more!

    When I said more complicated then necessary, I meant like why not have a universal upgrade like a "Thermal Capacity Upgrade" to allow for better temperature storage instead of heat and cold upgrades exclusive for each. It seems like you kinda made duplicates of the upgrades and suches

    Archimedes ships (Link Removed) allows you to bascally make a boat in any way you want, completely linked together and moves all as one, as long as it has the control part, the hull or whatever. Pretty neat mod, if you ask me. And the second mod.. why not just use creative? I am not really sure what you mean but you could either make a thaumostatic harness with thaumcraft, a jetpack with ic2, a gravichestplate with gravisuite, or just plain go in creative or do /fly. Not that hard to achieve, making a mod for it would be rather pointless.

Just sayin, take care!..and yes, I did take a few sprites like charcoal and the ingots and kinda mixed up the colors some and toyed with the properties of the colors ;p but it worked.

    Aaaand another thang, when you click the preview link, it may look bad, but I rendered it in my game and it looks rather nice(just replaced a texture real quick) so yea the MC sprites look real bad zoomed out but fine when rendered.

    Go to %appdata%\.minecraft\config\ then whatever folder is for invtweaks and go into the config(or check each config if there are multiple) and check for an auto equip armor thang.
    If it doesn't have that, when you are in game and you push E you will see your inventory with a " button, click that and it will bring you to the settings. You find it there if you dont find it in the config.
