*sigh* i'm going to give you a suggestion. Finish your minecraft 2 ideas, get as much feedback as you can, and then port everything onto r/minecraft.
The suggestions forum is dead, there's no better way to put it. you see a good idea now and again, such as your minecraft 2 series, But other than that it's mostly just under-par ideas, and even those come in at a crawl. heh, i remember when i first joined around 3 years ago. the Suggestions forum was surging. there where tons of top-notch suggestions, such as the Aether and new nether, Carrier pidgions, cubic chunks. and threads came in quick to, often had to visit the second page to see everything. But alas, something happened, i'm not sure what, but something did, and the suggestions forum is as bleak as it is now.
And before you ask, No, i have 0 clue where i was going with that, but my point is you're going to get a lot more, and a lot better feedback on r/minecraft. i hope, don't hang around there much myself. probably should try to confirm that first...
Also, mind hopping back to collaborative suggesting? things are getting boring over there.
Well, that's not exactly new information, the suggestions forum has been going downhill for years, heh. I mean, I've been here far longer than my join date, and the suggestions was my favorite forum to visit even if I couldn't post any feedback then. Around the time I joined, I began to notice a bit of a decline. We had a new suggestion guide, which was good, but it was pretty rigid and didn't change to accommodate how Minecraft had changed. People began to treat it as a set of rules, which it really wasn't. To make matters worse, some of the greatest critics on the forum left, such as AThingWithAThing, BrocolliMonkey, and Ender Girl, and they were replaced with new, more rigid, and less experienced critics. And then 1.9 hit, and the suggestions turned into chaos almost instantly. After that, I don't think many took the suggestions forum seriously anymore, and then when their beloved suggestion guide was replaced with a less detailed, but more flexible set of guidelines, it was, combined with the Twitch merge, the last straw for pretty much all of our remaining critics, except for a couple. Cerroz can't keep the entire suggestions forum in line by himself, and as much as I'd like to help, Minecraft has pretty much become dead to me. It's been difficult to keep visiting these forums because of events in life as well, which is why I haven't helped on the collaborative suggestion in a while (I'd have to read through a lot of material to be caught up, so it's a little discouraging).
As for Minecraft 2, I'm still working on it between bouts of Super Mario Odyssey. Since there isn't as much interest in it and not as many experienced critics as I would have liked, I've decided to abridge a lot of it; for example, the Overworld was going to consist of three parts, one for the generation, one for the structures, and one for details, such as mobs, tiers, and status effects. However, I've decided that I'll shorten it and make it just one part (same for the other dimensions). I do want to move to reddit, but first I need to re-ignite my interest in Minecraft.
P.S. Sorry for the late reply, there was some kind of bug on the forums that's been preventing me from viewing profile comments.
sorry for the later reply, but i always remember while i'm in bed and forget by morning. But personally, i was enjoying the long, thought-out posts. Though i did have an idea, maybe your suggestion series would be better received if you re-branded it into a spin-off rather than a sequel. Think how Terraria otherworld is a spin-off of Terraria, but completely overhauls many mechanics. This could be the same, though you may want to check if suggesting spin-off games is allowed.
*Gets Skyrim Special Edition and plays with a bunch of mods
It's still coming...
*Work, Vacation, and a Solar Eclipse event IRL
It's coming...Eventually
*Super Mario Odyssey comes out
I'll finish it...One of these days.
I actually have the suggestion about 75% complete, but, er, life gets in the way. But I've finally 100%ed Odyssey gotten those out of the way, so with any luck it should be ready soon. If you haven't, you may want to check out Part 4 for some improvements I've made, and check out this collaborative suggestion I've helped out with.
Wow, just saw you made your avatar yourself. Amazing! Do you have somewhere you put up art? Deviantart or something?
Also, saw on your profile that your interests include "Dragons, heroes who fight dragons, and people who turn into dragons." Any books, movies, so on you can recommend? I'm a big fan of dragons myself, especially stories in the dragon's POV or the people turning into dragons thing.

Hmm. No, I don't have a Deviantart yet, though I've considered it (every time I think about it I see someone else with their amazing art that makes mine look like a 3-year-old's drawing by comparison).
As for media I would recommend? Well, truth be told, I'm not really a big reader or even movie watcher, so most of the dragons I see and like come from video games (like Skyrim and Dragon Age) and art (particularly Magic: The Gathering cards, which I'm somewhat into). If I did recommend anything, I would recommend books in the Dragonlance series, particularly those written by Margaret Weiss (I think I'm spelling that right). She has a sense of humor that even makes me interested in any book I see by her. Her books don't occur from the dragon's POV, but I think there are a couple in the overall series like that.
I guess my interest mainly comes from a comic I wrote. I found I really enjoyed drawing and making up dragons, and I also liked making characters who could shapeshift. Put the two together, and that's kind of how I decided on my interests.

A...a comment? On my profile?
I'm so happy!
Seriously, though, thanks. I'm one step closer to being a true former.
