How long have you been playing MC in-general? 5+ Years. The exact number is unknown to me. It's been quite some time
What position are you applying for? (Configurator, Builder, etc): Moderator
What makes you unique from other staff members? I think I have a good ability to keep toxicity in check. Moderating a children's server gave me that ability, and I know how to alter it for competitive game play between players of all ages. I am able to integrate myself within the player base and be seen as more than just a moderator, and can connect to players to provide a sense of security concerning hackers and toxicity. I'm an easy person to talk to. I believe I can be well liked between players, and be a integral part of the backbone for an honest and fair minecraft community. I have experience dealing with hackers, toxic players in chat, and just commonplace issues with plugins and disputes between players. I believe I have a good knowledge of which offenses deserve which punishments, and I do not have a history of bias in my punishments.
What skill sets have you acquired from being a staff member? As stated before, I am able to connect to a playerbase extremely well. I can serve as a bridge between staff and players, and I am more than capable of being to able hackers, toxicity, and basic server issues. I know how both parties can feel and I understand which instances deserve which punishments.
How active are you per day? (4 hours, etc): I'm extremely active. Around 10 hours or more per day.
Rate your maturity (1-10): I'm outgoing. Normally, I'm around a 6 out of 10. But, given the situation, I can be more mature or less mature.
Is there anything else you'd like to introduce about yourself before applying?: I love factions. I know every mechanic, every bug a starting server may face, and every meta to it. I love to cannon, and I love base building. I'm not new to this type of server.
How long have you played MC: 5+ years. Exact number is unknown to me.
What do you enjoy playing: KitPVP, Factions, PVP Minigames, Survival/Modded Survival.
Any previous experience: Yes. I have moderated for MoCreatures Official Server, under the username iTurtlesaur, and for a very very old server that never really took off. The most relevant experience would be for MoCreatures.
What are your strengths/weaknesses: I'd say my strengths are my activity, my ability to communicate to both staff and players, and the keen ability to read a room and understand the times for seriousness and goofing off. I believe I can relate to most players in a server because I understand my place as a moderator to not be above them, but to be a bridge between staff and players. I'm also extremely active. My weaknesses are my lack of experience. I would not say I'm a complete newbie to moderating, but I'm also not a veteran. That being said, I believe I'm a good fit for the job.
Why did you pick Mod: I have the most experience as this position. I believe I do not have enough knowledge of coding to be an admin, and that my skills would be most useful in the position as Moderator.
How can you make a difference: I think I have a good ability to keep toxicity in check. Moderating a children's server gave me that ability, and I know how to alter it for competitive game play between players of all ages. I am able to integrate myself within the player base and be seen as more than just a moderator, and can connect to players to provide a sense of security concerning hackers and toxicity.
How active can you be: Due to the COVID-19 Lockdown, I'm available almost every day of the week, for at least 14 hours.
Why should we pick you: I'm an easy person to talk to.
Anything else we should know: I have been falsely banned previously on GoldCraft network. My ban sentence was cut short due to this. I can provide further details if required, but I believe this is negligible.
