According to your crash report, you have a 32bit operating system & running Java 32bit. Java 32bit on a Win7 32bit OS can allocate about 1.5G max. This is slightly variable due to many factors. I would go with the above mentioned setting of 1G to be safe. Keep in mind that allocating more memory to Minecraft doesn't mean it's going to "run better". As a general idea, I would allocate slightly more memory to Minecraft than it usually uses for your gameplay style/ mods etc. if possible. (And this should be kept to a practical minimal. If you allocate more than that, you can "slow down" other things on your computer that will ironically make Minecraft "run slower".
You Dont need to have audiotori anymore The New Minecraft Uses Resource packs and they can have sound files so custom sounds can be added with out this mod
You can replace stock files with resource packs, but as far as I know, you can't add any files.
In other words: If I wanted the game to use 30 files for BG music, I can't because the vanilla version has 12 tracks that I can substitute with a resource pack. Same thing goes for sfx as well as BG music. There are other things the mod provides as well like a cool graphic interface that allows quick and easy change of packs. But the most important reason for me is the fact that I'm now limited to the stock amount of files when making a pack.
If you know a way around this limitation please let us know
Update this mod. I have a lot of BG music, and I have no way to play it now. The resource packs don't seem to let you add anything but the same file name... i.e.: no extra music other than the default amount of tracks!
I have donated before and will donate again.
Thank you
This is by far the best (sound) mod for Minecraft!! This is the last mod I need for my "Must Have" collection........(to update to 1.5.1)........GO Hurricaaane GO!
In the mean time, while we wait for our dear Hurricaaane to put finishing touches on 1.4.6 version, does any one know if attempting to use 1.4.5 will do anything other than blackscreen, before I actually try to do it...?
actually... it's no skin off my nose, I'll try it and tell you if 1.4.5 version actually works at all in 1.4.6, brb.
I made a Zelda ambient music pak, a Zelda music discs pack, and a Zelda sound effects pack. The sfx pack also changes/works-with a few things in Matmos.
Very cool mod. I wish I could share, but it uses some stuff from other games....(windwaker, majora's mask, ocarina of time, legend of zelda, symphonic versions of Zelda songs - for discs) copyright? Also, limited bandwidth. It is 130MB for all 3 packs. If anyone is interested, say something and I will try to see if there is a way to upload somewhere. I have been playing around wth adjusting things for 3 days and it now sounds pretty cool.
thanks for the cool new mod! Actually wrote something like this...way more basic...this is much better. I really enjoy this and Matmos. Keep up the excellent work dude!
YES!
Been waiting for a mod like Audiotori......Matmos coming soon.....it's 12:30 am and I have to go to work tomorrow....at 5....but still doing happy dance and trying not to wake up baby.
