    posted a message on Biomes O' Plenty - Over 50 new biomes, with new trees, plants, mobs, and more!
    I just discovered that some blocks are being replaced with vanilla ender chest during world generation is there a way to stop this as far as i can tell i have no block id conflicts there are quite a few of item id conflicts but they shouldn't be effecting biomes o plenty.

    Hell no. Again, not a matter of difficulty, it's simply something I have zero interest in doing, and for which there is no good reason anyways. BTW is not just technically incompatible with other mods, it's conceptually incompatible with them and intended to be played on its own.



    I see your point, you can make it incompatible with other forge mods though considering ive seen other modders do that(Gregtech anyone?). However i do understand in this case.

    Hey FlowerChild, i guess you can't update better than wolves any more? Due to mojang making it near impossible to modify the jar directly. I'm guessing better than wolves is one of the oldest mods out there, sadly things to eventually end, but in this case i guess it is your choice in the matter considering you made the mod the be incompatible with every other mod out there, even forge which you helped start.

    The main thing I'm trying to say is have to say is, why are you stopping the development of the mod you put so much effort into, just to let all that effort to go to ashes. I'd think you'd continue developing the mod in the next best way, after all there are alternatives here, you could proble recode the entire thing to work with forge. After all you did help start the forge API. Would'nt it be fitting for you to finally make it compatible with the API you helped start?

    Even thought it would likely be incredibly difficult to recode better than wolves as a forge mod, would you do it? If not for your self but for every who has used your mod in the time it has existed just to make it playable with all the new toys in the newer versions of minecraft. You don't have to put any new content in either knowing that all those who have played with and enjoyed all the time they had while playing Better than wolves, would enjoy being able to play it in the newer updates i certainly would.

    Just something i had to say considering i'm gonna miss this mod being there to annoy the crap out of me when ever i got to playing with it after the last failure.

    Hey guys im Jamzam90 and I'd like any of you who are interested in modded minecraft to come and watch my videos, I'm still relatively fresh to the youtube scene so i may be a bit more entertaining than your usual modded minecraft youtuber. I release videos monday through friday at 4pm.The current season is 2.3 and is in minecraft 1.6.4.

    You can't really piece together separate diamonds, so you would need to use a diamond big enough to make the whole sword. Needless to say you aren't going to find a diamond that big on earth. (Try one of the exoplanets made of diamonds).

    You can pretty easily make a diamond edged blade, though.




    Why go digging when you can grow one (may take a loooooong time) :)

    Noppes can you add a way for modders to hook in to world protect, the reason Im asking this is because I'd like to make it so I can have it make a region on the first time some one places a chest.

    Thats not the message it prints for block id conflicts if it was it'd be simple to fix. Im getting the same error and i fixed all potential id conflicts
