Im using the lastest Alpha CustomNPCs 1.8.0 mod, Forge 1.8 - 11.14.0.1282 installer. May be the problem is Modloader 1.2.5_ML?
    ---------
Updated: When i remove the Modloader, server didnt crashed but all i got when i using Mob cloner is:

The NPC wand and NPC pather wont work.

There is a way to make NPC cloner work, if you save your NPCs onto Server Side, and then you copy some folders in your saves/<insertminecraftworld/CustomNPCs> into .minecraft, your saved clones will appear.

I am away from my Computer so I can't give specific details.

And Im back from vacation. I was away the last 2 weeks. Im not going to check any posts made during that time. If you have any important problems feel free to repost.

I'm currently working on the 1.8 update incase anyone is wondering. I have a somewhat working version, but its still full of bugs. If there is anyone really anxious to test let me know and Ill release it. It will probably take me a while longer to update and it doesnt help that its kind of a busy period in my personal life.

Otherwise happy new year for those who celebrated it.

I will gladly destroy my minecraft for this mod to be 1.8.

At the moment I'm using Minecraft Forge 1.7.10 Recommended, and I downloaded the latest versions of both Custom NPCs and Battlegear. The funny thing is that after I removed Battlegear, it said that the world had previously been loaded with Battlegear installed. Would that mean that it's already loaded, but just isn't showing it to me? There is one thing that I suspect is the reason for my problem, running Minecraft on a Chromebook, but I dont know how to fix it other than using another computer.

Ah, I think that's the reason. I think I will run a test on Ubuntu tommorow, to see if the kernel Chromebook OS runs on is the problem.

I'm having trouble with getting any of my worlds to load. I'm running Battlegear 2 and Custom NPCs. If I run either one alone, everything works, but if I try to use them together, anytime I try to load a world it kicks me to the title screen. There's no crash report, and when I ran it through terminal there are no error reports or anything. I tried giving it more memory, but that hasn't worked at all.

Please help if possible, and thanks in advance.

    Agent_Bladelock

    Weird, mine works perfectly.
Did you try the latest snapshot?

Hi Noppes if you make a hotfix could you make it too compatible with all u want mod ? *sometimes it crashes when i open the menu* :c that is sad because the all u want mod with Custom npcs look great

All-U-Want 2.0 is compatible with CustomNPC as of version CustomNPCs_1.7.10c_test. Heck, it even worked on CustomNPCs_1.7.10b. Maybe it was other mods that are conflicting with CustomNPC? Please post the Error Log that you should get when you crash so that Noppes will have a easier time finding out where the problem is.

Is there a way to make the npc wand take damage or make it a one time use?

No, but you can use redstone alternatives to do it. (e.g Creating a room for NPC creation, so that the user has to create the NPC on the pressure plate, once the NPC is on the pressure plate, the NPC wand will remove itself via the use of command blocks, and the user has one chance to modify the NPC before clicking close.)

I tried to add a recipe to convert one bucket of liquid into another, only to have it spit out the empty bucket as well, so people could use this to get tonnes of free buckets. Anyone know a way around that?

As a workaround, you can make the recipe craft from the bucket of liquid to just the liquid block of another.
Then the player would have both the bucket and liquid.

Sorry, has this been asked already? I feel like it would have but I don't see it specifically anywhere.

Anyways, is it possible to allow players to sit in chairs? If so, have you thought about / will you add it one day?

Or is there perhaps a plugin that allows that with your mod already?

As of CustomNPCs_1.7.10c_test, you can sit on chairs. (Just that after sitting you would be stuck on the ground.)

EDIT: Wait, hold on. If you destroy the chair while sitting, you will remain seated. :o

Not sure if this was asked, but I'll do it anyway.

On CustomNPCs_1.7.10c_test (which I think is the latest version as of 31/12/2014), you cannot clone entities into client-side via the cloning tool. Server-side works perfectly though.

    Any ideas why?

or you could simply use my guide, how to make minecraft portable...: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1971766-toolmodguide-collectionfor-server-ownersadventuremap-creators-and-players/
i really don't know why you need a custom minecraft launcher for that...

Sorry, but this actually is not a custom launcher. It just makes everything in your guide much easier to do.
I should have explained it in the first place.

Hey there everybody! I am here to present to you: Minecraft Bypasser!

I have checked out this tool: Minecraft Portable, and realised it is out of date. This tool continues the legacy!

ONLY WORKS FOR WINDOWS. NO I AM NOT GOING TO MAKE A MAC AND LINUX VERSION.
NOT A CUSTOM LAUNCHER. THIS IS JUST A EASIER WAY TO MAKE MINECRAFT PORTABLE FOR PEOPLE
(Requires at least 1GB of space. Recommended to be on a Thumbdrive)

    How to use:

    1. Have a computer.
    2. Download Minecraft Bypasser.
    3. Follow installation instructions on which one you have downloaded.
    4. Run Minecraft Bypasser.exe
    5. ???
    6. Profit!

    1. Create a folder called ‘Minecraft Bypasser’ on your Thumbdrive.
    2. Extract the .zip to the folder.
    3. Download Java Installer at http://www.java.com for Windows.
    4. Drag and Drop the Java installer into the Minecraft Bypasser directory.
    5. Run ‘Link Java Installer.bat’.
    6. Wait for completion.
    7. Delete the Java Installer and ‘Link Java Installer.bat’ files.
    8. Run Minecraft Bypasser.
    9. ???
    10. Profit!
    1. Create a folder called ‘Minecraft Bypasser’ on your Thumbdrive.
    2. Drag and drop all the contents of the .zip into the folder. (ALL the contents.)
    3. Run the installer.
    4. It may take about 20-30 minutes to finish the installation, as it downloads Java at the same time. (It may also lag out for a while)
    5. Run Minecraft Bypasser
    6. ???
    7. Profit!

This only applies if you already have 1 previous version before the latest update. Eg. (I have v1.1 and I want to upgrade to v1.2, but I cannot upgrade from v1.0 to v1.2)
    1. Drag and drop contents in the zip to the Minecraft Bypasser folder.
    2. Replace EVERYTHING.
    3. ???
    4. Profit

    Download Link
    (Still in Progress)

    DEV log:
Finished EVERYTHING except for Proxy and Splash Screen, and also Stealth Mode.
Will release the next version after Proxy and fixing updater to install Java legitly.
