I do grid/branch mining. Grid mining is making intersecting pathways, leaving 2x2 pillars in the spaces in between paths. Allows you to see all of those blocks left without digging out more.
Now, I've gotten as far as the "zoom in on the z slice" step. I don't have a keypad on my computer (I know, I know, I should get one). Is there any other way to zoom in on the slice without a keypad? Please help me out here.
1) adf.ly is not as simple as you think. it needs a huge amount of visit before you are suitable for money. after that, you need to give lots of information and wait for a long time before your 5 dollars arrive.
2) copy and pasting a seed is faster than: waiting 5 seconds, choosing the location to save your file, wait a few seconds for the files to finish downloading and extract the files.
3) sand is ALWAYS beside sea/river/ocean. desert biome is not rare. the strip of exposed stone in desert is a ruin generated(which isnt really rare or special). jungle biome is not rare and is extremely common in 1.2. neither is sugar cane nor caves nor animals rare or unique. extreme hills biome is not unique. pumpkins are always found in extreme hills biome.
TL;DR version: end this thread.

Nothing wrong with trying to make cash... Don't use the world saves if you don't like adf.ly, use the seed. The saves are just for lazy people that I've seen who, believe it or not, manage to screw up typing in the seed. So I figured I might as well offer the world saves, so why not use adf.ly.
Why would we download something from ad.fly when we can enter it ourselves? It takes 5 seconds either way, and we can make our own creative or survival ( even creative and survival) worlds ourselves. Thanks for the seed, I guess, but the ad.fly is a pretty poor and unneeded way to get money. Just sayin'. o.O

Well I've seen posts where lazy kids don't want to use the seed to make a world (believe it or not) so I figured I'd offer the world saves. And why not adf.ly, nothing wrong with making money for having people deal with 5 seconds of ads.
This is a very unique jungle biome seed for Minecraft version 1.2.3. Directly left from Spawn there is a small sandy beach area connected to a desert biome with a large stripe of exposed rock containing coal visible from the surface. The biome is fairly large as well. Continuing left along the edge of the jungle biome you can find sugar cane and several caves. In this area there are a few animals (Cows & Chickens). If you head out straight from spawn, you can find a mountainous biome with pumpkins, sheep, and some other animals.
How to Use the Seed
1. Go to the Singleplayer Menu and create a new world
2. Name your world and click "More World Options"
3. In the seed box type in (or copy and paste) the seed number found at the top of this post.
4. Click Create.
5. Enjoy!
How to Use the World Saves
1. Download the zip from the Adf.ly link at the top of this post.
2. Winrar, 7zip, or another similar program is required to unzip the .zip file. Unzip it.
3. On Windows, go to the start menu, type in run, and hit enter.
4. Now type in %appdata% on the new box, hit enter.
5. Go to the .minecraft folder, and then the saves folder.
6. Drag in the world save folders.
(For Mac,open Finder, click on your name, then Library, Application Support, the Minecraft folder, Saves, and drag in the world save folders.)

I love this mod, I just have one problem/bug that I found. No matter if you are behind walls or far away from the airship, if you click on the wall pointing to where the airship is, you will teleport into through any obstacles.
It's okay, but it is hard to see the difference between iron ore and redstone ore. Ghasts are lol, too :wink.gif:
Yeah I didn't really know what to do with the ghasts, soooo. :/ Ideas? haha. And I'll probably change the iron and redstone, I never really noticed that they were similar :3 I'll just figure out something to do with it.
This is a cartoon/themed pack made by jackchaskell. This pack was heavily inspired(but not copied from!) Frenden's Cartoon Pack, Painterly Pack, and several others.
