@jabberman1 HOLY $*^# How did you come up with an idea like that? and the decoration too... Puts my building skill at like a 3/10 compared to you. Second EPIC :(

Praise is unwarranted, as said epicness is not of my own design!

However, New City liscensing office is up and running away! Proudly displaying the town flag just outside: the White Flag of Progress!

    Even more progress:

    General view

    Sentries

Front façade of the town hall

    The interior (to be furnished)

    Meeting room upstairs

Basement. Left door leads to the underground emergency tunnels, and right one to the treasury.

    Stage 2 item requirements.

And finally, the granary, (second community structure)

By the way, i've finally given a name for the town:

I think that wraps up stage 2. Onto stage 3! :)

You couldn't think of a better name than "New Adobe"?

    I am dissapoint.

((THE FUTURE: The following is a news article found hidden within the ruins of New City, the city of fabled origins.))

    The Creature!
Residents of New City were astonished as it stalked their cows, plagued their crops, and devastated the local ocelot population. Seen here in this photographic is a picture of what can only be described as 'obscure' due the blurry and inconsistent nature of photography. Local bum, Arnsfield Dewhammer, is quoted as saying "What in the forest is that thing!?" Dewhammer was later arrested for lewd conduct and drunkeness, aka 'peeing in the pond'.

It's Mine, No It's Mine! Mine, Not Yours!
The three-tiered mining hall was completed today with three, count them, three, not four, mining directions, delving twenty-five cubes below surface. Castor Gilweed, of residence Four-Five-Zero in the mining district, along with Billygoat Gums of Residence Four-Five-One next door has these pertinent colaborations, saying quote "You won't find us getting any deeper until we find a stronger material than leather!" says Gilweed and "Yeah, buddy, I almost got knocked out by falling gravel going anything below twenty-six cubes!" says Gums.

    *pokes Midoriko and Iggy simultaenously*

So I've been playing the challenge since sometime in November, it's been pretty fun and much more sophisticated than just sitting in a one-home fortress mining for countless hours and hoarding enough diamonds to make a beacon block pyramid. Don't get me wrong the challenge is still challenging in that I'm still hoarding stuff, but the stuff like cobblestone and coal gets used up so fast now, especially when building a very large temple, which I'm doing right now. Stuff like iron is getting used up really slowly unless I go on another log farming quest (Shears go bye-bye WAY fast cutting leaves!) now that I can have enchanted diamond tools of all sorts. THE AMOUNT OF BAKED POTATOES IS TOO MANY! I have upwards of eight large chests full of baked potatoes because the exp rate per stack of baked potatoes from a furnace is level 30 in five stacks (I'LL NEVER RUN OUT OF FOOD!) and now I have 7 wolves and having to feed them cooked chicken which I don't have too much of, did I mention how annoying the wolves are when they follow you everywhere and fall off large-structured buildings and die because they teleport to you? Well yeah!

So I'm building a large temple made of stone bricks which is using up all the cobble stone I've ever gathered since the beginning of the challenge (which is staggering!) and I just realized I still have to start building the castle! I haven't even started!

And there you have it, the beginnings of Ifthen Temple!
From the north(Those are sandstone pillars and overhang and stonebricks everywhere else)

At night (and why I have so many potatoes) from the Enchanted Woodsy of the Ender Plaza

A wolf sitting on a jukebox in the middle section of the temple

"I kept asking the dog what to build next and he kept saying 'roof!'"
And the newest addition to the roof, an A to B curve with a negotiation in the middle... lol (the beam is made of sandstone)

    EDIT: POTATOES!
(before the area behind them was flattened for the temple)

The deck and cabin section include the helm,

    the Captain's quarters, (7)

Moving on to A Kingdom at Last!-- Stage Four Complete!
Citizens of Port Mushroom were moved by the spirit within and with one motion crafted the single most greatest construct in all of what is now known as the City of Hyper Dominion: The Floating Obsidian Obilisk
It's tiered structure has been unequaled since cities of old!

Townsfolk of OakWood, a neighboring district, are baffled by the achievement of their seeded brethren, yet upon closer inspection the idea of hovering craftmanship has it's very roots in the construction of OakWood's own townhall.

    C. Market, who now lives in Port Mushroom comments on the structure, "It's good for business here in the Port: sails are coming in from all over and the fish are astounded."

Even the Light House seems brighter

And with that the City of Hyper Dominion is esablished!

This just in: The Mayor of OakWood has been wounded by un-unarmed assailant, reports of a "colorful person" have been coming in from all over as appearing and disappearing throughout the city and at the scene of the incident.

    Have you seen this guy?
