    The method of changing block ids does not work for me. I've tried to add the exact line to modloader.cfg, and tried the mod_ColoredWoodId=## line, neither has worked. Do you know what happened?

    you have installed too many mods and ran out of item sprite space. Just uninstall some and it will work again.

    That would be great. Marbles do appear quite frequently in real world~ And for the update stuff, I did see other modders encounter a lot of problems when making new blocks. I guess it's the addition of piston that changed a lot of the properties, but I have no further ideas because I know nothing about modding... sorry...

    Also, can you please make a colored fence addon too? I really like to build wooden houses and have always been frustrated by the blant look...

    before explaining in detail, you should read the description section in the very first post hidden under spoiler. the vein number and blocks per vein should not exceed 1500 when multiplied. I would suggest a number far lower because several hundreds of blocks of ores are more than enough for the game...If you want to make the finding process easier, just put 1 in the probability per chunk section for every ore and they will show up in every chunk (that's kinda too easy IMO... :wink.gif: ).

    T up for your good work! I always love to try out ore mods :biggrin.gif:
    However, more info on the ore in the post will definitely clear things up and raise your DLs~~ For info I mean detailed numbers, hearvest levels for pickaxe, rarity of each ore and what levels they appear on etc...

    other thoughts: adding special arrows would make this mod even more interesting

    the furnace software doesn't work... when I put pork and coal in, it just crashes my world... any idea on that? 1.7 just ruined a lot of mods and the piston bug is still not fixed... sigh :sad.gif:

    The introduction of marble is kind of weird since it only has one recipe and nothing else. I guess you are planning to add more uses to it right? Also, can you give more info on marble? they are pretty rare (in the sense that a vein only have ~2 blocks...unlucky me? :Zombie: ), I don't know if they are worth the time to search for if they are not hard enough to prevent creeper rushes :SSSS:
    otherwise, the mod is fantastic :biggrin.gif: ! now I finally can get rid of those gravel stacks and make more arrows!!!

    I just loved this idea! it makes minecarts more useful as I finally have to transport a lot of ores back to my base, instead of picking random places for small veins.

    oh and one more question. Will it support custom ores from other mods in the future? I have no idea about modding so don't know if it is possible. It would be great if we can customize any block distribution of a given ID :laugh.gif:

    OMG I just loved this mod :laugh.gif: . really looking forward to the millwheel update! however, since water can be used as the power source, why don't you add a wind powered mill too? Windmills really look cool!

    some other not started feature I really look forward to:
    -Steam Engine Cart, which acts as a faster powered cart, but also links carts behind it to make a "train"
    -Motors and Kinetic Generators to covert between Gear power and Electricity.
