"Príosún na hÉireann" is "Irish prison" translated to Irish. This is a multiplayer map where you and your friends can simulate prison life in Minecraft. This map will only work on Minecraft Bedrock Edition. My friend and I are around 50% of the way to finishing this. This was all built on a superflat world.
At the beginning of the game, you can choose to be a prisoner or a guard. If you want, you can choose one player to be a warden (not the mob). The warden has no weapons but has full control over the prison and is the only one that can activate a lockdown etc.
We recommend a minimum of 5 players which would be 2 guards and 3 prisoners but you can always go higher/lower than this and if you do we suggest a ratio of 2 guards to 3 prisoners. We also recommend having a warden for groups over 5 players. These are of course only recommendations and you can do whatever you like.

Minecraft Bedrock worlds have specific "ids" (not sure about actual term) for their folder's names. For example, "Om00Y0bHMgA=" is an "id" for one of my worlds. If you don't use the same "id" your pc won't recognise it. Or are you using a .mcworld file?
By "external keyboard" do you mean a keyboard plugged in by a usb? I am also a command block creator and I have been using a keyboard (although recently I have been playing on pc) without any issues. Also, how are you opening the chat? If you haven't changed the settings, pressing "t" opens chat and you don't have to click anything you can just start typing. Alternatively, you can open it using "/" which starts you with a "/" and you can just type your command.
Are you sure you have checked your settings? To check, go to xbox.com, sign in with the microsoft account associated with your minecraft account then in the top right click on your profile then go to "My Microsoft Account". Now, scroll down and click on "Privacy" and then "Privacy Dashboard". Scroll down and click on "xbox". Now go to the "Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety". In here you want to allow the following. "You can play with people outside of xbox live", "You can join multiplayer games", "You can add friends". In the "privacy" tab you might also want to set "You can communicate outside of xbox live using voice & text" to allow and "Others can communicate with text, voice or invites" to either everyone or friends. During all of this make sure you are signed in with the microsoft account associated with your minecraft account.

What do you mean it is the same launcher? As in it downloads the minecraft launcher that you have the problems with?

Can you try doing this on your xbox?
I know I'm saying do this a lot but tbh I don't know any other reason for this.

If this is on Windows, go to explorer and put "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\skin_packs"
into the path bar. From here, you can find and delete the skin pack that is giving you difficulty.
