Like I suggested to one person before. Try Mob spawn controls 2. That worked for me though it happens when I have Mist of RioV. It seems to mess up the spawning a lot but MSC2 works for me perfectly.
Eternal Isles mobs are meant to spawn in the vanilla biomes and because Eternal Isles currently doesn't have a config. Some Eternal Isles dimensional Biomes spawn in the overworld.

Also I tried to make a new world and everything spawns in fine on the new world. But in the old world everything is still not working.
I have great news I found out what my problem was! I just had to delete the twilight forest config file and load in a new one! Now all the mobs work just fine. I can't wait to do some boss slaying!
The thing is, the "kira" has to figure out the names, the names of players wont be displayed anywhere all tags will be off, kira will have to work for those names, bribes, threats, etc, unless kira trades half lifespan for shinigami eyes.
Oh ok now the mod sounds a lot less stupid XD
If you could make a mod of L spinning in a chair that trys hunt you down that would be awesome.
