A bit about yourself: I haven't played minecraft in a while so I'm just looking for a good relaxed server to get into and play with some mature people. It always seems weird submitting applications to a minecraft server but I understand the necessity.
Favorite thing to do in Minecraft: Hermitization. Becoming selfsufficient and providing for others with my creations.

this is actually hilarious to read. you have many specifications and demands. you are literally asking someone make an extremely specific server for you, so you can play on it with your own tiny group. you need to get your own server and do that yourselves.

How active will you be?: Nearly ever evening. Mon Wed I have Taekwondo, but minimum 3 or 4 nights a week. Some weekends I may be on the entire weekend.
How long have you been playing Minecraft?: About a year and a half.
Reason for joining: Just looking for a fun permanent Vanilla server that has active members. It's annoying building up awesome creations, then being forced to leave because no one plays on the server anymore.
you have nothing to deal with grief? not even a rollback system? you wont get any legit people without some way of assisting those who have been griefed, or even preventing it. if you get something let me know, i love a new vanilla server

Tell me a little bit about your self: i love minecraft, tried other games like terraria and the like, but nothiong really compares. i hav a moderate knowledge of redstone and can make contributions to the ocmmunity, although i tend to start my own area away but still near spawn area, and begin a town with other players.
sooooo any grief protection? if not, the only people who will actually WANT to join are griefers. i dont know about the towny mod. does that prevent building of non town members?

Why do you prefer playing in a small community?: You get to learn people's personalities, and develop that thousand mile bond with people who were once strangers. Back when I played WoW, I was in a guild with some people for about 2 years, and we one day decided to actually meet up and go to Blizzcon, now we make it a point to get together twice a year, once in the summer and once in winter. It's pretty cool actually!
What is your favourite aspect of playing on a server with a vanilla-like gameplay?: I just like the survival aspect, and playing it the way it was meant to be played. If I feel like playing on a server with mods, then I'll play on a server with mods too. I used to play on a server for about 6 months, then everyone around me slowly got banned one by one and had their lands reset and eventually I was alone lmao so I just stopped playing on it.
Tell us something about yourself: I'm 22 years old, in the Canadian Forces for nearly 4 years now. I'm a pretty funny guy at times, I prefer to use some sort of voice over program like skype or ventrilo when I play. Hopefully this community will be using something like that. In game, I like to build in scenic areas, but near people as well, the whole point of multiplayer is to play WITH people, not 10 chunks away like a hermit on top of a mountain where no one can see your creations. I'm not much of a trader, and I've never PvP'd before, "I'm just a peasant" (C&C Generals Lol).
Why should we accept you?: I'm nothing special, just a friendly player looking for a good community to contribute to. Maybe contribute what little redstone knowledge I have and make some autofarms and the like. As well, it's damn hard to find a server that isn't dominated by dramatic annoying kids (no offense to the dramatic annoying kids).

Theres also way too many kids who play this game, but thats just the way the game is marketed I suppose. im Canadian, in the military as well, so im at the first few years of starting my actual life so no worries of that basement gamer with a 12 year old mind. that being said, i AM ironically in my basement at the moment.
I'm eagerly awaiting to join your server. ill start playing right away (if were able to). do you have the lockette plugin thing? it lets youput limitations on who can access chests and doors and stuff. pretty useful when you start getting larger amounts of players.
