    Ah silly me, didn't read the comment properly! Is it definitely true that zombies don't spawn with stone swords? Otherwise could it have been something you or another mob dropped?

    As ZaffreAqua mentioned, is it possible for a mob (maybe a zombie) to have died and dropped their sword, and the skeleton picked it up?

    This mod just gets better and better - if I could like your response a hundred times I would :D Has the displayed current biome always been a feature or is it something that's been more recently implemented? Feeling less observant/more forgetful by the minute haha! Totally understand if implementing the biome feature in the world map isn't a priority - I have no concept of coding, hence my giving suggestions to mod authors instead of doing the work myself - but from what I do understand I know it takes a lot of work.

    I have a request, I hope you don't mind me asking! Do you think it would be possible at some point to add a feature that displays the current biome underneath the minimap, and when you hover over a biome in the world map? Literally the only thing I miss from the minimap mod I'd been using to replace this one when I thought it wasn't compatible - yours is my favourite and has been my go-to for probably years - I love how far out the world map zooms, I love the design and options for the minimap, and I love that you can see dropped items. It would make me so happy if this awesome mod also had a feature to display biomes - especially if it included Biomes o' Plenty biomes as well like the one I was using. Please and thank you! :)

    Love this mod and has become a necessary part of my modded survival worlds - but I can't seem to find a thread on here for it which surprises me as it's awesome and I'm surprised it's not more well known. Not trying to advertise it - unsure if it's allowed to advertise other people's mods - but I'd love for more people to be playing this and think many would really enjoy using it.

    I know resource packs can change the appearance of mobs, so I imagine that's your best bet - it's all about finding the right files in the resource pack you're editing, and then retexturing the appropriate skins - if you need help with resource packs, there's a dedicated forum on here which is great at helping people get started :)

    I've seen it with resource packs, where I've downloaded them and the resource pack has been automatically included them when I play the downloaded file - so is there a way to do this with mods? I'm debating adding a few mods to my creative world, but as it's intended to be easily shared and downloadable, I'm reluctant to do this without being able to add the mod as an automatic feature. Please and thanks!

    I recently built this blaze farm in my most recent survival world:



    and I've messed up somewhere with the lava - I can't turn it on and off and it doesn't seem to be aligned correctly although I might be wrong about that. I've built the farm successfully before in a previous world, but can't figure out where I've gone wrong this time around.


    If anyone would be willing to take a look and let me know where they think I've gone wrong, I'll put a world download file up so you can take a look for yourself. I know it's a long shot and I'm unlikely to find someone willing to take a look, but I would appreciate it so much if someone would.


    (The world does contain mods, but nothing in the mob grinder is modded content, so hopefully it should still be viewable just fine)

    posted a message on Things to have in a main base?

    In my current survival world I'm trying to incorporate all my main buildings into my main base instead of spreading them out throughout the biome. So far I've just got a main area with a mostly decorative kitchen and living room (kitchen includes furnace, cauldron, and some chests, living room just has a crafting table), a crop and small tree farm, an animal farm, an enchanting room, and a bedroom. Further down the line I will put a brewing stand somewhere and maybe some related accessories. Possibly a darkroom mob spawner too, or find a way of hooking up a cage spawner I found deep underground. But other than this I'm getting a mental block on ideas. So ideas and suggestions would be really appreciated - please and thank you!
