Any suggestions?: (I haven't been on yet) Lowering the graylist timelimit to less than 3 hours. Gives enoig time for grievers, don't you think?

Lawecraft is a 5 month old RPG server- a mainstream department of Lawedan Computers, Incorporated- currently run by its director, Loyd Rafols (IRuffles/Ruffles in game). The server is currently small, considering its once typical size of about 12-15 players. After the last director stepped down, I was ready to take it into the public. The server offers many newbie-friendly plugins (You get cash for just playing!), an well as friendly staff, ready to cater towards your requests. Even though we are easygoing, we will not tolerate the violation of our rules. Like with other servers, we are very open to suggestions and opinions from the community, to improve your play while using our services. Before you, the reader go off rambunctiously (Yes, I habitually refer to a thesaurus) complaining about the typical topics, let me explain....
Who are you?
I, Loyd Rafols, am the Director of Lawecraft. I do the typical stuff for the server owner, I make sure nothing breaks, that order is maintained between the members and staff, and that I make you enjoy your, and other's experience to the fullest.
What makes you different from other servers?
I could go on and on, but I will compile a small list that most likely won't make your eyes bleed:
Unique, friendly admins.
A creative, but short backstory.
Large, quaint lands; which offers you solitude to build your own small, base.
Although it's not added yet, I plan on adding multiple worlds, some of which may be added with unique map generators- edited by myself- or unique terrain.
A dynamic map- This allows you to to view the *incomplete!* server map, chat with players in-game, view player's location and basic stats!
A completely unique domain, which isn't hosted by none of that incompetent free web hosting servers, which slaps on something which screws up the first impression of newbies.

I'd like to improve the status of the server by making it more popular. How can I?
Very good question! There are a lot of ways to help make us more popular. Talk to your friends, post advertisements on communities that you have a lot of friends on, or simply, vote for us on one of the many server listings. We plan on adding more, so keep checking back to be updated!

In order to keep from everything to fall down on me, I've only selected a couple people to help me run the server. These people are:

How do I gain more "status?"
You do not simply gain status in Lawecraft. First, introduce yourself in the forums, and regularly talk with other members, in a peaceful way. After a while, you'll probably get noticed by one of the staff members, and you'll get bumped up.
If you're one of the staff, simply do your job, and do it well. Plain and simple!
