This is my notification of my immediate and final resignation from leading and running this clan. I do not appoint anyone else as leader, I will let the members of the RMM fight among themselves for power. This is not an irrational decision, this is something I have been considering for a long time. I wish the members of the RMM the best of luck, somewhere I wish that the RMM will continue without me. You guys probably want to here my reasons for leaving so here goes:
The Clan is not the RMM
The clan is not the RMM. It is far from the dream of the RMM. The dream was to be able to act and behave like a military in game, this does not happen. The RMM makes claims about how it is the greatest, the best clan. The only title we hold to our name is we are the oldest. The clan is full of corruption, inactivity and lack of respect for what the clan should be. This is not the clan I imagined, I am not prepared to try and fix that.
50% of the members are Idiots
I say 50%, that is because a lot of the members I do not know so I just assume they are not idiots. There a few members left that I trust, that I consider to be true members of the RMM. The rest are idiots, they are either stupid or are not nice people. This clan was meant to be about having a nice group of people play together in a certain way. A long time ago, that was how it was. Now the clan is like a rotting corpse, I can't stand being around it.

The clan is dead. In it's current state the clan is dead. Maybe after my leaving the clan will somehow, somewhere revive and become great again. My running of this clan is a waste of my time, I'm not leaving because It is dead - I would not abandon it. I am abandoning nothing, I am leaving nothing. I thank those that have put continued effort into the clan, I am grateful.
Among other personal reasons, I have to say farewell to this clan and the position I have in it. I want to say a special regard to people like M1, Gielnor, K3, Josrence44, DannyXC and a few others that I only briefly knew. You guys are the last shining gems of the RMM, I wish you the best of luck.

Thank you for the gift, I don't believe we have ever received artwork (so that is a first). While I had no idea what Tomiz was on about the gift was greatly appreciated.
It is sad to see LuciferZ go, I am now in sole command of the RMM again. In terms of the ranking system Lance Corporal is our lowest rank bad recruit because while our system is based off the British Army I have also tweaked it to be more applicable to the RMM and conform somewhat with American ranking systems with the addition of Master Sergeant.
The RMM never has declared war on the KoL and thus, has not declared war on the Circle of Magi. In understand that the feelings between this clan and the RMM are tense, rightly so but unfortunately things here have got out of hand and I think it's time that I stepped in and tried to explain. The RMM does not condone greifing or flaming to other clans. I think there has been some mis-understandings. The RMM and it's leaders have had and will have their disputes, this is bound to happen. The RMM will not be going to war with the CoM or any members of the Kingdom. If people can point out examples of greifing then I will apologize and punish those involved. I rarely check these forums now but I don't like to see people bad mouthing my clan just because someone thinks we have declared war. If you believe everything you read then how about the statement "The CoM is actually a greifing clan!".Oh no, you don't believe that, and you shouldn't because it is ********. I hope one day the CoM and the RMM might rebuild and form some sort of mutual relationship, however you prohibit this from happening with this behaviour. Fair enough if the RMM was bad-mouthing the CoM in public, however you will be happy to find this is the first time the CoM has had to be discussed since the very early days of the RMM. I don't want this blowing up into a fiasco, so I am sorry if you were under the mis-conception of War but the RMM currently remains neutral and unhostile towards this clan and the KoL.
I will also put myself forward as a representative for the RMM as well, I wish to keep informed in these matters, especially matters of war and war related matters.

The location of the Nether
It is common knowledge among men of the land that is called The Nether. I will not delve into detail in what The Nether consists of as this is not the purpose of this paper. In brief it is a land only accessible by using teleportation and can be compared to hell in Minecraft. It is inhospitable, filled with many horrors. However the question that needs to be answered here is, where is The Nether?
Reading through these forums and other sources you may be lead to belief The Nether is located below the normal Minecraft world and is below the layer of adminium found at such a location. This is I afraid, untrue. I have personally mined down the layer of adminium the covers the lower levels of the world and found a hole large enough for me to fall supposedly into The Nether. Yet when I do jump in I find myself in empty space, falling for infinity, and the receive high damage and death. If The Nether is below the adminium layer then why does this happen? The only possible answer is that in fact The Nether is not located here.
The answer here is that The Nether is in fact another world, and is not actually within the normal Minecraft world. For this reason it is hard to determine the exact location of the actually world that is The Nether. Let us first take what we know, and then deduce where the world must be located. Firstly, The Nether is completely enclosed. This would lead me to believe that it is a self contained unit. Secondly, when in The Nether your movement by one block is relative to 16 blocks. This leads me to belief The Nether is also smaller relatively to the normal world, rather than actually physically. This concept may be hard to understand, but I shall try to explain.
Let us say that the world is in fact 160x160 blocks. Now when you enter The Nether it is in fact only 10x10 blocks. However physically it is clear it is 160x160 blocks. This is a strange phenomenon that only happens in The Nether. The logical inclusion is that much like a black hole The Nether actually bends the fabric of Minecraft world, distorting it temporarily to create the movement difference. If this is true then that means that there exists a world inside a world. The Nether is hidden in another dimension, only accessible by teleportation.
In conclusion it is hard to prove if what is said in this paper is in fact correct. However using logical deducing on how The Nether works we can work out a rough estimate. I believe The Nether to actually be inside of the current world, but included in another dimension.
I am sorry, It seems that a clan of quite a successful nature has already been done before in this style. I don't know, maybe this could be the Royal Military of Creative.

Wow, I'm not here for a day and everyone thinks I'm dead! I'm currently doing work experience so I am busy, bu I'll continue to check in on the thread.
Right you guys have seemed to get all excited without any approval from the High Command. I am open to suggestions, and am glad that you guys are trying to make the clan better. However, I am going to have to turn down several of these ideas. Firstly, the special ranks or group idea thing in the battalions - it is up the battalion major to organize his battalion and having pre-defined groups is going to be in-efficient and complicated.
Secondly, we are not going to use colours on the uniform to identify ranks - we never have and never will. You can simply ask for someone's rank and they will provide it correctly. Which brings me nicely on to the topic of when to say "sir". You always always always use either just "sir" or "name, sir". Secondly, if you do not know weather someone is higher and lower than you, you say "sir".
Sorry not to take any of the suggestions and use them, but they are all terribly complicated.
