Hey Ecu, I love the 3x3 config option, but do you think you could also add a config to prevent ender pouches being stored inside of ender chests? I run a legit survival server geared towards keeping things fairly challenging, and I would love to see this option in your mod.
The reasoning for this is people seem to just go out exploring and when they decided they have had enough, they just put everything in their ender chest, pouches and all, and then just type /kill. If pouches were not possible to go in the chest, they would at least lose those and be required to craft them again, and link them up with all their chests once more, and that would be a deterrent towards this type of behaviour, and at the very least a penalty.
I know your want to keep things fairly balanced, and I'm sure this wont hurt in that aspect

The grass looks like it will do the trick for what I need it for, however if your able to solve that dirt color bug I'm sure other people will love it too.

The package includes faithful 32x textures for the following:
DIY glass Iron bar block
All the Glowblocks
All the Glowblocks2 (I took out the gravel and added brown wool, replaced the 10 free slots with my favorite wool colors)
All the Glowlogs
All the Glowsandstone
All the stairs including the new iron bar stairs

And yeah, what I meant by the grass is it will take on the color of the biome grass so you can light up the surface without having anything stand out, it doesn't have to be multitextured or anything, as long as it takes on the color of the biome, looks like grass, and glows, that would be awesome

I was curious to know if its possible to make grass glow blocks that adapt to the biome code, I wouldn't have any idea how to go about doing that.
Also, some of my users feel that the torch recipe for glow blocks is a little too easy, they have suggested to me replace it with glowstone dust or even a glowstone block. Its upto you though... I'd change it myself but I would not know how
Jul 16, 2012Hold that update CJ! I've found yet another issue. Your rolling machine seems to be a duping machine. If you take a stack of ingots and drop them in 1 at a time with right click, it will turn the one you dropped into two. I've tried every ingot available to me. Only seems to happen with iron, gold, RP2 silver, and IC2 refined iron.Posted in: Minecraft Mods
And just to reconfirm, the track updates are indeed a little buggy still on SMP, at least visually anyway.
1 - They appear to become unpowered if you leave the area and come back.
2 - The correct facing of the rail will not show properly upon placement unless you update the rail or it happens to be the default direction anyway.
3 - Rare issue with railcraft rails visually turning into a regular vanilla track upon placement, reverts to correct rail upon update block update.
4 - Attempting to break the rails will show a transparent pink/violet hue on the block they are on during the breaking animation.
That is all for now, I'll let you know if I notice anything else... Stomp them bugs!

Using Railcraft 5.4.3 on SMP.
Tested on SSP, you can definitely power them the same way as always, I'm puzzled as to why this doesnt work on SMP... I just checked my config they are identical.

First of all, when you have a single stack of any type of ropes+ arrows in your inventory and you fire it with a regular bow, the arrow count will appear to lower, but when you run out of arrows you can continue to fire. Additionally, when you update the slot the arrows occupy (or did occupy) the arrows will appear back in your inventory. So it seems while the client recognizes the arrow consumptions, the server does not.
Second of all, this is a strange one... If you have a vanilla bow in your inventory and you get rid of it and replace it with a ropes+ bow and then fire ropes+ arrows, it will momentarily replace your ropes+ bow with your vanilla bow and then swap it back after you have finished firing. This will continue to happen untill you run out of arrows, which doesn't seem to happen with the ropes+ arrows. When you attempt this with vanilla arrows, the ropes+ bow seems to completely disappear from your inventory, and updating the slot doesn't seem to give you it back. I believe the swapping of the ropes+ bow with the vanilla bow is only a visual bug, as if you try to drop it on the ground you cannot pick it up after. I know they were swapping because I was using an enchanted vanilla bow.
I know it sounds really weird, and I probably didn't get every detail, but I did my best. I have no idea why this happens because even when I log out (which should save & update the player inventory to the server) it still seems to happen. I'm not sure who's code you are updating but it doesn't seem to work very well for SMP
As far as functionality goes, the arrows appear to do exactly what they should, and there doesn't seem to be any visual bugs with the arrows themselves, it just seems to be an player inventory thing. I hope this helps.
Jul 14, 2012The redwood door is from the flora & soma mod right? The door does not function properly as a double door, if you place the doors starting from left to right, the door on the right will go on the opposite end of the block as the left door, but it does have its hinges on the correct side. If placing from right to left, the doors match up, but the door on the right has its hinges placed on the wrong side. There is no correct way to do this, I've tried every possible thing. The vanilla doors function as double doors because when you place a door to the right of an existing door, it position becomes mirrored.
