We started as a group of friends from a server called Aurora. Then we grew to great numbers of 40+. We visited other servers and killed everyone to show them who we were. But then we hit a great speed bump in our operations. Aurora was on the brink of shutting down to merge with a survival server. After the transfer, PVP on our main server was lost and quickly our numbers fell to only 6. After struggling we are now back on our feet. And we invite you to join us once again. As of this moment we do not have a normal PVP server to play on. Lately we have simply been owning at Hunger Games servers. Also we took the low time to start gathering people for COD teams. And with that we are back, and we invite you to join us on our Conquest. Just be sure to have a mic + mumble. Have a great day!

1. We act as a team, not just in battles but at the base and throughout normal work as well. Anybody who freelances their decisions does not receive a warm welcome at the base.
2. Respect All your fellow members, disrespect gets you kicked out
3. Personal Chests do NOT exist in Miarki, we work as a team
4.Post Ruler in your application if you read the rules.
5. While in Mumble you MUST use push to talk
6. Respect ALL the rules for the server you are in, disrespecting these servers will disrespect Miarki.
7. The rules of whatever server you are playing on always overrule ours. No matter your rank on the server, you are still a guest and need to follow the rules they have set

I had only just installed it after becoming a B prisoner, since a couple friends of mine who told me about this server told me that in the ancient B mine, there were diamonds. I didn't know what to think, and judging by how rare iron was in the C prisoner mine was, I didn't completely believe them. I play on other servers and have seen people be banend for xray, and now I understand how big an advantage it gives and why it should not be tolerated in any circumstance. I'm truly sorry for using it and know it is not a good thing to do, no matter the reason.
Any additional information: I've tried other prison servers, and found out first hand how much of a privilege it was to find yours, and (not gonna lie), it'd **** me off to not be able to play on it anymore due to a little **** up on my end that should never have happened. Thanks in advance to whoever sees this and gets back to me.
This appeal is far superior to the majority. It is evident that he understands the consequences of his actions, and I feel that he should be unbanned. -

5)Any experience with the prison genre? Sadly I've only been on one other Prison Server, but with non-comparing to this one truly, experience isn't the same. I have played many role playing servers, and enjoy this genre, so I understand what I must up hold with this position.
6)Whatis your time zone? My time zone is EST -5 GMT
7)Why are you the best choice for guard? Guard position to me means, you are holding up the server's RPG end like a great responsibility. While the prisoners must work to get out, without true guards enforcing the law and "keeping" peace it wouldn't have the same effect for them. It is the guards who keep the server's best aspects at hand, and Everyone knows you need to capitalize on those aspects. For this I know I would be a good guard, but as well as the RPG aspect I have mentioned so much, Leadership and being Helpful are not new to me. I have held positions in the real world, even at my young age, and held positions on Multiple other servers(ok only two). Lastly, before this becomes too long, I am great at PvP, many people can be my proof of this, for many have fallen at my prison shank(Only warden I have killed is "Noakii")
8)Whatis your current rank?Do you understand that we will require PROOF when/if you retire from guard? My current Rank is A-Block, shortly away from Elite.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I'll admit that I stumbled and xrayed. I had only just installed it after becoming a B prisoner, since a couple friends of mine who told me about this server told me that in the ancient B mine, there were diamonds. I didn't know what to think, and judging by how rare iron was in the C prisoner mine was, I didn't completely believe them. I play on other servers and have seen people be banend for xray, and now I understand how big an advantage it gives and why it should not be tolerated in any circumstance.
