Hello Everyone!
Today, I would like to showcase a new mob that I think could be added into Vanilla Minecraft! They are called Wither Ghouls! Wither Ghouls are flying hostile mobs in the Overworld. They shoot wither skulls at you that deal 3 hearts of damage and give you the wither effect for 2 seconds, but they can be countered like a ghast fireball. They have the same amount of health as a zombie or skeleton and spawn under the same circumstances except that they spawn only in 1/10 of all chunks like slimes. Wither Ghouls have a sight range of 8 which is very low compared to skeletons, zombies, spiders, etc. Enchantments and potions of any kind do not have any effect on Wither Ghouls and do not deal any extra or any damage. Wither Ghouls may be known as the mini Wither, but they have only 8 hearts of health.
I REALLY hope these can be added. Please leave any suggestions in the comments below.

Add Potion of Stunning, what this does is when a mob/player is hit with it, they are "glued" to the ground until the potion wears off. The player can still swing the sword and shoot arrows at you. The same goes with mobs. The longest you make this potion last is 8 seconds. The potion can be made using Awkward Potion + Maybe Yellow Dye? or Cactus?
I came over to check on this topic, and wow. I'm impressed.
Enchantment production is going a bit slow, I'll see if i can speed that up.
I'll think up more ideas.
Srry about not adding anything recently. It is hard for me to think of ideas (especially since there are over 40 enchantments now) and do school work at the same time. I'll try adding more enchantments if I can think of any.
Use: Would allow targeting of NPCs as well as players.
Useful if you want to kill all hostile mobs within a certain radius of a command block.

/equip [target] <item>
Use: If the item is equipment, it attempts to equip it on the target in its logical spot, causing whatever is equipped in that slot to go into inventory if it has one and dropped if it doesn't or doesn't have a free spot.
This would be a useful tool to equip players and mobs with items on the fly in adventure maps.
Extra Info: If item is not specified, it will choosethe first valid item from an adjacent container and apply it to all specified targets without consuming it.
Silly Use: Creeper heads for everyone!
/apply [target] <item>
Use: If the item is a consumable item (food, potion), it applies the effects of it instantly to the targets.
Useful if you want to apply a potion effect to a large number of targets.
Extra Info: If item is not specified, it will choose the first valid item from an adjacent container and apply it to all specified targets without consuming it.
If it is a splash potion, the splash is not generated.
Consumable Items which are not valid: Thrown Items, Spawner Eggs
/give [target] <item>
Use: Gives an item to the target. If the target is a NPC, it will attempt to put it in its hand
Extra Info: If item is not specified, it will choose the first valid item from an adjacent container and apply it to all specified targets without consuming it.
/togglespawner < on off 1 0 >
Use: toggles all adjacent spawners. Toggling enables/disables automatic spawning.
Extra Info: If state is not specified, it reverses the state.
/triggerspawner
Use: Triggers all adjacent spawners to spawn. Useful for map makers who modify mobs and want only a specific number of the mob to spawn.
I like the /equip command. Can be useful in things like PVP arenas
OMG!! YES!!! I really like this idea. Maybe make the invisible block be accessed through the /give command since Donators on servers can do SERIOUS griefing with it. SUPPORT!!
Great topic! we need a lot more enchantments, im kinda getting bored with the current one. +1
also, why not add a sword enchantment like toughness? so when your fighting someone, you can break their tool??
IDK i was reading weapon enchantments and i thought of it, then i saw toughness and it was what i was thinking of! but for armour.
It would kind of be OP if you had toughness armour and a (my idea) on your sword
Also a way to shoot arrows and shatter glass? i don't think it needs its own enchantment, but it could be an add-on to one of your other bow enchantments
I just noticed your idea. Not sure this would be good on servers because it would mean heavy-duty griefing. I might add it. I'm still thinking about it.

Lol. I think of them over time. I start out by thinking, "What do I want to be able to do in Minecraft?"

This isn't a mod if that's what you mean. It is a suggestion.
