Ok after a bit of research i found out what it is, it's the spigot entity-activation-range, which i set on a 2GB server to high enough to have my farms work, so ye, probably not necessary to keep it lower than that on a 32GB dedicated server, thank you all for the answers anyway :).

If you feel like that is because you feel the need to understand things better, in this case minecraft, I am like that too and i have put in hours to learn about the game and than find ways to apply the knowledge efficently, however there is plenty of people that don't care at all about that side of the game, so nobody is stopping you from going around and mining your iron, getting random enchantmens from the enchantment table etc. but if you don't enjoy that than just take the problems 1 at a time, like try to build a library with all the enchantments in an efficent, consistent and struggle free way for example. You will need to google stuff and post a few posts for more specific things, but it will be worth it in the end.

I know this it a bit unrelated, but every server or realm looks the same, everybody builds with cobblestone and wood, which personally i think looks kind of bad. With that being said the thing about minecraft is that it will appeal to a lot of different people, some of them are all about redstone, some about farms, some about raiding dungeons and somebody does a bit of everything.

For example for me it's all about having all the blocks and ingredients easily obtainable and than start building cool stuff, so for example at first my worlds look like weird, cuz u can see incredible farms, super efficents and cool looking, but I live in a dirt house with no roof, than past that stage everything starts taking shape and it's all about aesthetics.

Does nobody really like to play a little more technical?

Hi all, I'm looking for someone to play MC with, I already am playing on a server but it's not so active right now and everyone's got their own thing going, so I would like to have someone to build a base with, work on big farms toghether etc, now we don't always have to play togheter but you know it's cool to have someone help you doing difficult things, or just have them around doing their own thing.

We are going to have fun together if you like to automate everything and use game mechanics to your advantage (building farms, storage systems etc), and in general aim to have a great base where you have everything.

Hi, I'm looking for 1 person to join my realm, I really like building farms and try to make it to the "redstone age" eheh, I already have built a bunch of farms but it's difficult and time consuming to get things done by yourself, so it would be cool to have someone around to play with.

If you like to automate everything and build nice looking builds than we will get along just fine, oh and there is 1 special rule, we are allowed to use creative to create perimeters, for slime farms or witch farms or whatever.
