i was actually talking with my therapist about that, its confusing, it does offend me a bit, but i dont think people understand too well, even tho ive explained it, its not arrogance, i dislike myself way more than enough, i wont even start on the ammount of suicide attempts and self harm, its just im not good with handling things too well, im dealing with a lot rite now, and still am, im very short tempered also, becuz so many little things act as triggers to make me feel all the upsetting things ive dealt with at once, and it hurts to know that im like that becuz it makes me dislike myself more than i already do, i know i easily get mad at the community, im trying to work that stuff out with my therapist tho, but it may take a wile, as we r working on my bigger issues rite now, hopefully i can find a way to cope with it tho... i greatly apologize that i act this way, and i wish i culd choose not to, but i cant help it, its a reaction caused by past influence... im sorry ;~; i hate getting such a bad reputation from this all also... if there is one thing worse than disliking myself, its having so many people reinforce the idea of bad things i do... ;_;

It is not really "Get Started With Eclipse" it is more "Get Started With Java", I was never thought java, I learned it by myself, however prior to this I knew a bit of C#, AS2, HTML, PHP, MySql, CSS, Javascript, Python, GML, Atari Basic. However already being familiar to code I picked Java up quite quickly, the best way to learn would be to watch a few tutorials on YouTube and then just have a go yourself, you wont get it first try however if you keep watching tutorials you will slowly start to understand how everything works.
When I started writing the Dalek Mod, I did not really know Java, I only really started understanding more in depth it in about July 2013, which then lead to the mod having things such as the high quality text on the Tardis, because I started learning OpenGL, then I started looking into file handling, which was how we used to store Tardis data when we first added the bigger on the inside feature.
Something which always motivated me to learn though was Games, I love writing Games in Java, It is so much fun, I enter the Ludum Dare competition whenever it is on, which is always fun, make a game in 48h! Another thing is I would ask my friends to suggest a game to me that I have to make within 24h, the last one I made was an asteroids clone, which was all vector based graphics which took about 4h to write fully.
In December 2013 I teamed up with John and 2 others and we started Creating Android Games (All written in Java). These were a good challenge for us as Android game development was very alien to us, however we both managed to pick everything up within about a week or trial and error. I usually write all the Engine / core code and John would write File handling and entity AI and entities. We then started releasing them onto he Google Play store for people to download, we currently have 3 on the store which can be downloaded from here.
That is pretty much it, like I said have a look at YouTube tutorials and even if it looks like you cant do it, just keep trying!
I am currently learning assembly at the moment, and I hate it, but if I keep trying I will eventually get it!
(PS: I would NOT recommend Python, Just no)

Hey, 1WTC, How did you get Started with Eclipse, I could read the tutorials, but it would be Nicer (And more helpful) If someone's Whose used it to make a mod, and made a Successful one
If it is placed on top of the magazine then they have done a very good job and making it NOT MOVE and NOT stick off of the paper at all.

Soooooo, going through a whole new update. Now we'll all wait and see if mods are compatible again. I wonder if some progress will just be all lost again.
