No support; breeding Golems doesn't make sense and is unbalanced.

If breeding golems is overpowered, what does that make a mob farm or a cow farm or a pumpkin farm?

OH! MY! GOD! A GypsyBlackMagic suggestion that's actually passable (even if most of the good parts were Delthyn)! I support this, surprisingly.

Thanks! Made a support list and added you to it!

That wont work. Then it'll take ages to get a message from one person to another, by the time it does then it probably wont matter anymore.

Not really, if there was a long line it could play the messages at 2x or 3x speed.

    YES. IT. IS.
For one, most of the loot is just flesh and bones, both are very common. Secondly, a structure guarding mob shouldn't destroy its home, that's a huge leap in logic. Third, it's a f*cking creeper! Probably the most unoriginal mob idea ever. People have already given you examples of better temple bosses (the gold and moss golem), go read them before you talk to me again.

    Threads have been read.

Potential loot is diamonds, not just rotten flesh and bones. Also, creepers have no logic, they suicide charge you. To start an argument on creeper logic would be foolish on your part.

That, and that it's just stupid. Everyone else has already explained why.

Minecraft isnt for children though, so opposing an idea on it not being child friendly enough is a bit silly. Also, if breeding animals and forcing villagers to reproduce is child friendly enough, how isnt this?

Also in SMP voices would overlap eachother and it'd just **** everyone off, and I'm sure you would be the only one who would have it turned on in options.

Basically, the voices would form a line/queue and would not overlap, they would play one by one.

I covered that when I talked about logs, pretty much. It would short out from the large amount of power, not allowing a connection with the log. Leaves don't contain sap so it doesn't work on those. If you somehow got restone on a log part of a tree without chopping it off it would still burn itself out because it would have even more alive and clean sap than a regular log.

Enough power to short itself out? Wouldnt this create heat? Heat then causing a fire?

Cuddly? Child friendly? Does having demon-possessed statues have sex (and having it work) in public sound at all child friendly to you? Because that's basically what you're suggesting.

    NO SUPPORT

Why not? Is it because you dont think its child friendly enough?

Because the sticks contain more sap (which is what the redstone bonds to and reacts with), and are more alive. Planks are more cut up and processed, and is not covered in bark, therefore the wood is much less alive and contains less sap, which is also why planks don't produce a current, because the sap is more spaced out and external (exposing it to air, solidifying it and making it polluted with dust and organic material that the redstone cannot react with), where a stick has bark on the outside protecting the sap, but can be accessed by the redstone on the top.

Logs don't work because they work too well. Like inverted torches and repeater clocks, when placed on a log the redstone dust burns itself out, not letting the dust on top of it to create power using the sap in the log.

What about living trees? If i put redstone on them wont it generate power?

How about scrapping the idea entirely? That's a good improvement.

I'm not prepared to give up on this great idea, thats why we need to refine it so its acceptable for mojang to implement. It cannot be scrapped.

No. Even one is way to overpowered. And even if you were to tone it done, it's still uncreative not at all theme fitting.

It fits in the theme of minecraft. One of these is perfectly unoverpowered considering how much loot you get from these places.

Since you're not getting it I'll break it up to you one more time:

    REDSTONE TORCH=POWER SOURCE
    REDSTONE DUST = WIRE
So please understand it for heavens sake!

Yes but there is an obvious logic flaw. Redstone dust is just a piece of redstone on the ground. A redstone torch is a piece of redstone on a stick, why should only one of them produce power?

Exactly. Games are meant to be POSSIBLE. Your super-creeper isn't even on its own, much less if there's 10 of them.

We discussed this earlier, if there was just one supercreeper would you find this idea more aggreeable?
