its probably because either 1) the bot is injecting still water/lava blocks or 2) the bot is too far from where the blocks are being edited. you could try changing what blocks are used. just search for water and u will find the area. i know the script works with iCraft but i have not tested it with any others. you may need to contact the ppl that make those to help.
navigate means open the folder with all the files in dos.
you may also need to set the python install dir into you windows path variable.
or when you use the python name in dos you need to provide the full path also. (ie C:\python26\python setup.py build)
iCraft has a copy/paste plugin. in the next few days we should be posting a thread here for more people to see it. all else you could follow the links in my sig for more info.
You dont need to know anything about scripting to make use of the many already available scripts in iCraft. We also have a forum where you can request features and we will see what we can do to make them.
Here is an idea of the commands we have. http://wiki.hlmc.net/index.php?title=Commands
If you join the <HelpLarge> Minecraft server you can try out some of the commands and im sure someone may be there to help explain and show some of them to you.
I saw this clock bot and thought it was awesome. Then i got the idea, how about an analog clock instead of a digital.
well here is what i got.
the clock face is 15x15x3, lava is used for the hour hand, water used for minute and glass used for second.
because of the size of it i was not able to add detail for all the minute and second positions so it only moves every 5.
it still probably needs some tweaking but it works.
its really not that hard. i have been able to walk ppl thru it. in 10 mins they were up and running. the original readmes and such we very complicated. we are working on getting a wiki guide going. for the moment we have links to all the stuff u need and an easy way to install everything.
visit us on irc (link in signature) and i can walk u thru it.

yes you can change all the colors. you just have to look in the code for it. I don't know where it is atm.
