What are some examples of situations that you would use /tempban? I will temp ban if a member of the server is causing difficulties that I would need the help of another staff member to help decide further punishment. Most often for something along the lines of griefing accusations.
What are some examples of situations you would use /ban? For continuous disobeying of the rules after being warned multiple times.
Are you willing to advertise our server to the best of your ability? Yes. I will help in any way that you need me to.
Improving the server will make it a better place.
Will you take note of members opinions and your own to suggest improvements for the server? Yes, everyone has a different insight on things but some may be better than others.

Everytime I get on a minecraft server after i destroy a few blocks i will always lag out and get a message saying
Internal Exception: java.net.socketexception: Software caused connection abort: recv failed
Does anybody know how to fix this... it would be greatly appreciated if you did.
