posted a message on Mob Spawners with NBT tag Commands?
In the latest snapshot, NBT tags in commands were added. I tried it out, thought it was cool, and then it hit me: Mob Spawners use NBT tags for the type of mob they spawn, right? However, I tried again and again and I kept getting Pig Spawners. Heres the command I used, EXACTLY like I typed it:

    /give <playername> 52 1 1 {EntityId: <mobname>}

So, is it possible? Am I doing something wrong? If there is no way, I might have to use Command Blocks with the /summon command.
    Thanks!

posted a message on 1.3.2 Not starting
I heard that the 1.3.2 update came, so I decided to force update. When I logged in, I got the Mojang logo screen, (as always) but this time, something other than the title screen came. It was a crash. This is what it said:

    Minecraft has crashed!
    ----------------------

Minecraft has stopped running because it encountered a problem; Failed to start game
This error has been saved to C:\Documents and Settings\TEMP.OFFICECOMPUTER.002\Application Data\.minecraft\crash-reports\crash-2012-08-17_17.56.38-client.txt for your convenience. Please include a copy of this file if you report this crash to anyone.

The bottom part where it talks "technically" Is rather short, which I thought was strange. I tried force updating a few times, with no luck... I also updated to the new launcher (The one with the Play Demo button). No Luck. I really want to get back on the server I play on ALL the time! I also DON'T want to be stuck playing MCPE! Please Help!!!

posted a message on Friends can't reach server?
I recently made a server. I can connect to it just fine (I've had no problems so far). However, when my friends try to connect, in their sever list it says that it can't reach mine. I have allowed Minecraft_Server.exe through the firewall, and have also given my friends the ip needed to connect.
    SPECS:
    OS: Windows XP SP3
    RAM: 504 MB RAM
    Processor: Intel Pentium 4 @ 2.8 GHZ
Internet speed: Usually around 10 Mbps for download, around 1.5 Mbps for upload.
    Router: AT&T 2Wire 3800HGV-B
    IP used to connect: 99.121.216.190

    Hope you can help!
