I also just noticed after trying to start a fresh instance in a new folder that it doesn't download launcher.jar, it worked for me before because I already had it downloaded from before.
The beta seems to work fine for me. The only thing I seem be having a problem with is the auto update. It keeps downloading a new version and updating, I don't know if you intended for it to be like that but I thought I might as well point it out. Other than that looks good so far :biggrin.gif: nice!
Liking this tool so far. Definitely an elegant solution for managing multiple instances of minecraft (I was just using folders with batch scripts that set APPDATA before).
It seems as though CJB ModPack is not compatible with MyCraft. I wanted to install the modpack, but I liked MyCraft's fly mod better, so I left CJB FlyMod out when installing, I started MyCraft, but it crashed when starting up. I tried installing the mod pack manually and through the MyCraft/mods folder all while leaving out the class file for the flight mod. Both times the game refused to start up with MyCraft.
If anyone has a solution to my problem, I would be very grateful.
CJB and MyCraft are working fine together with me :/ I didn't leave anything out except for the x-ray class. I left CJB's flying mod on because I find it better for building whereas I find MyCraft's better for travelling.
This is how I get MyCraft to launch now (hopefully this helps some of you who are having trouble).
Launch MyCraft from a bat file, just put something like this in a text file in notepad and save it as a bat in the same folder that MyCraft.jar is.
java -jar MyCraft.jar
pause
Then just launch it from the .bat file, let it fail to connect to the network and try to login, if you're having the same problem I'm having then it will get stuck at a black screen. When that happens just close the command window and MyCraft should start up normally. It's working for me :tongue.gif:

This is definitely my default launcher from now on.

Looks like there is an image missing from the mod Buildcraft, I would try reinstalling it.

Yeah same here :/ I just use the modloader_terrain version, but then it makes it so that I can only use texture packs that have wildgrass support.
