    What the actual **** is going on with the server? Why are we down? I try to log in with 0 players on and get the error "Could not connect to default or fallback server, please try again later: java.net.ConnectException"

    Thank you nosetouch. Creeper, I did see you swinging. I said there were other players who said you were swinging because you said no one was around. As for who you were swinging at, it didnt matter who it was, just the fact that I saw you swinging at a player. Please stop accusing me of doing things wrong when im just doing my job.

    This is accurate. I killed him for swinging his sword, which is common practice among guards. Swinging is considered attacking, and thus against prison rules, entitling us to attack to defend the other players. He also continued to insult me afterward. This player should learn more about the server before trying to have a guard demoted.

    I would like to inform people that hunterkent should be taken into consideration for ban. He has done this before and now i have pictures of him pushing me into water, and he has done more than this. I am sick of this and would like his rules breaking to stop.

    Well there you go then, that is word for word what the ban reason was. I did nothing wrong and would really like to be banned so i can resume playing without doing anything wrong.

    Warden/Alpha that issued your ban: N/A it says "INSANE potion ABOOOSE / Aok79 / Thanks LT and John for proof / Noakii Likes your balls" so im not sure I think it was Aok79
    Approximate time of ban: (Include time zone): april 9 7:20 Eastern Standard
    Why you deserve to be unbanned: I was banned for "INSANE potion ABOOOSE / Aok79 / Thanks LT and John for proof / Noakii Likes your balls". First off, LT gave proof of my last ban which i will admit to. I was excused today however when i was unbanned. As for John, we fought in Courtyard 3A on top of and in player houses in which i used potions. PVP is permitted here, thus it is allowed to use potions. The fight was never brought into non-pvp therefore potions are not abuse. Tom950 was there the entire time, and can vouch for this. Achilles11111 was there at the beginning and can also vouch on my behalf. I would like to know why I was banned, as I just got unbanned for the same reason, and would not do it again. I mined mostly all day and didn't bother with pvp much except for that one fight in Courtyard 3A which was completely fair, and when i ran to protection was jailed as necesary, but I never used any potions, or did anything bannable. Also, I would like to see the proof that John has, not LT because his was from yesterday and is irrelevant to this banning.

    pudding i posted my ban appeal but a guard addressed my comment and then Noakii addressed me and it would be rude to not respond. Also, my activity shows that i care about playing on the server again, and I am not saying anything that would represent otherwise.

    matt i understand that I should not have done what i did. I have apologized and agreed and cannot say anymore. However i believe that a prisoner should have the right to speak to the warden, even if in a negative connotation if he/she pleases. They are there to moderate not to ban people for insulting them even if they were wrong to do so. I agree i should not have and many people have told me what you just said, but i can't prove that I will not if i am still banned.
