    Thanks so much!

I am running a server though, so am I gonna need both the Client and Server files in order to have punch a painting?
Thats what I'm gonna try, I guess.

    Thanks a bunch!

Yes you will need both server and client, and anyone who connects to your server needs the client as well.

I have mocreatures, more creepes and weirdos, biome pack, Zombe mod pack, TMI, more trees, coral, Single Player Commands, and te=he miners helmets, and when i open my worlds, it only partly renders, and im stuck with a bunch of ghost blocks, i need help

Sounds like your using another mod that you did not mention, perhaps Optimine or Optifog ?. If it is Optimine there is a merged file on the first page you need to use.

    Hello All,

A lot of you seem to be talking about using Punch-a-pic to choose your paintings... maybe I'm not doing it right, but I went and downloaded Punch a Picture Beta 1.5_01 from here:
    http://www.mediafire...ewx9fs7iy6wftoz
(all it did was modify the pv.class) And I still can't seem to find a way to select my paintings. I place them and they just seem to be random. I might just not know how to use the mod to choose pictures, I guess.

It looked like some people were saying that the extreme edition comes with the Punch a Pic mod, but I had to go get it myself. The only classes modified by the extreme edition were jk.class and fe.class.

Does anyone know how to make it so you can go through all the paintings?

Also, I saw someone talking about something called SPC's /cyclepaintings... I looked around but I see nothing about it. Does anyone know anything about this?

    Thanks a lot!

fe.class and jk.class a server files you only need those if you are running a server, the client files for the Xtreme edition are ib.class and pv.class, as you can see punch a pic (pv.class) is included. Punching a painting cycles forwards to the next painting, holding the sneak key down and punching a painting cycles backwards to the previous painting. Hitting a painting with a tool makes it drop.

/cyclepaintings is a command you type in while facing a painting to cycle forwards in the Single player commands mod.

A bit of a bug I think with the Scuba-miner helmet. I found out you can only breathe underwater when the light is turned on. I don't always need the light on :smile.gif:.

Yeah slight oversight i'll correct that next version.

    Quote from Josmar

Workiaround: Install the scuba suit mod too. The modgui referred to is in that mod. For some reason Miner helmest's doesn't want to work without the scuba suit mod being there too.

Modloader 1.5_01v4 screwed that up somehow v3 and below work without the modgui.class being present, i'll have to look into what was changed in v4.

Edit: for now i slipped modgui.class into the download for Miner Helmets.

Question, I'm confused on exactly how to install the Helmet HUD mod, could you put a more step by step instructions on it? Just for the dumb dumbs like me :J

In the "misc" folder of the zip you will find 5 images, rename any image you download or create to match the name of one of those images, ironhelmetblur.png for example would be for the iron helmet. Now in the zip replace it with your image and drop the zip into your ./minecraft/mods folder.

any chance of update for mergedpatch for nature-overhaul 1.0 or will the old merged files still work (can't see them in the OP any more:( )

Nature Overaul 1.0 does not use any of the classes in Miner Helemets anymore so reinstall Miner Helmets to overwrite the previous merged file.

Great mods. I use chainmail, miner's helmets, scuba and lava suits! I have a couple of questions though.

    1) I see you use the Preader.class did you modify it or is it the same as the available mod download?
If it is the same why not just make Property Reader a prerequisite file instead of including it in the download.

    2) Do the et.class and m.class files conflict with minecraft extened (adds block ID's to 1024)?

    * edited spelling

    1. It is the same, only added for convenience.

    2. Any mod with the same class files will conflict, et.class and m.class are not critical for the helmets but you will see a drastic performance loss.

Ok so I'm having the same problem as above. I place a picture and it's not there; it's completely invisible. The picture block seems to be there, but the texture itself I guess isn't. I downloaded the Insane Edition for 1.5xx and I am currently using 1.5_01. I tried to fix this by placing this with just Modloaded, AudioMod, and TooManyItems, but it still seems to not work. I had this before I got a clean version of Minecraft, with all my mods, and still the same thing happened, even with the HD patch. I don't know if it's the Insane Edition that has bugs or what, but I'd like to see this bug fixed, as I cannot live without this mod. :biggrin.gif:
    Thanks. :Diamond:

The download was missing a file, it is corrected now.

    Hey!
Been trying to use this mod, but I'm getting some issues (probably my own fault but Im resorting to ask for help after alot of crashes!)

When I'm trying to use the mod I get a instant crash of the game. I'm using the extreme edition and I've tried both the server and the client one. I'm usualy playing online on my own server, but can't get any of them to work. Any tips to how to resolve the issue? Just yell if you need more information to help out!

    Thanks!
    /Discomental

    Edit:

I tried the install information on the front page, but I don't seem to be getting it to work!

Make sure your using the same edition on client and server, and only install the client files on the client and server files on the server. Plus Delete the meta-inf on the client and edit the texture with your paintings.

I love the mod. It' pretty useful, but the fireproof armor seems to have a bug. Everytime i exit lava after falling in (i dont go for intentional swims) i take damage and normally die :sad.gif: other than that, its fantastic

Edit: I see what your talking about now, fall damage is applied after you exit the lava. Stop falling into the lava :tongue.gif:, i'll see what i can do about that.
