    "L" is the default key for that in dynamic lights, try holding it down and move.

    I have not tried Aether yet, and you did not say which mod so i'm going to say in theory they all should work except miner helmets. You can use the alternate version of miners helmets with dynamic lights it has a merged file to work in Aether.

    os.class from block and tool options will not work with it either but you can leave it out if you don't mind missing some options.

    Scuba & Fireproof Suit recipes changed.

    Scuba Suit fixed issue with not being able to go up in certain conditions while wearing scuba pants and flippers.

    Fireproof Suit textures changed.

    I think for vanilla server, it will require the client to have the mod installed, too.
    otherwise, they wont be able to get in the server.

    just guessing.
    They can get in but once they try to load a picture from a non default location they will crash.

    As long as you don't change the dimensions of the kz.png (512x512) you should be good.

    heres the link to zid's tutorials zid's tutorials - not just modloader

    That tutorial was outdated when it was written and nobody should use it, read my posts in that thread on how to use modloader's "AddArmor". The armor check will be in "OnTickInGame" or called from there so find a tutorial for that or decompile the fireproof mod and see for yourself.

    Buildcraft should be i don't think it uses any minecraft classes, and Industrialcraft can be if you leave out the fd.class from the helmets.

    You loose air you just don't see it, infinite air and fire immunity have not been applied to the server yet.

    Add it to your mod where you are checking your armor.

    Example: mc is the minecraft instance
    if( some armor check)

    Love your Scuba/Fire Suits! Just what I was looking for! :Diamond:

    Workaround for now is to leave out px.class from the helemets (its only for turning off part of the fog) or use the alternate version.

    Put a block in that slot and it will change the the texture of the armor stands base to match.

    Miner helmets 4.1 and the alternate version 1.1 were missing a couple of changes related to the Property Reader and would not work without the older Preader being present, this is corrected in 4.2 / 1.2 of each. As for the scuba try the new version i just posted and let me know if you still have that problem.



    Updates.

    Miner Helmets & alternate version changed recipes, plus changes to accommodate scuba/fireproof changes.

    Scuba & Fireproof Suit now two separate mods in case you don't want to use both or use another modders scuba or fireproof.

    Scuba & Fireproof clean up of code for base of new changes to come (modgui.class & FireproofPlayer.class eliminated).

    Scuba Suit overlay can now be drawn under or over gui (ctrl + r) to switch between over or under.

    Just set mc.thePlayer.isImmuneToFire to true while your wearing your armor and false if your not.

    Make sure you do not have the regular version of miner helmets installed. Install Modloader and the Dynamic Lights mod per it's instructions, then drop the mod_MinerHelmet_Dynamic-Beta1.7.3v1.1.zip file into your ".minecraft/mods/" directory. Edit the dynamiclights.settings file that you should have put in your ".minecraft" directory as instructed.

    place server files of one of the versions in minecraft_server.jar and place client files of the same version in minecraft.jar. Connect to your server, move from protected spawn area and place a painting on a large surface (so your not limited to only small paintings), now cycle through the paintings and you should see the non default ones.
