What's wrong with separate audio and video files? they're separate so you can clip the audio, as far as i can tell
I dont like having to put them together and sync em :/

GPU is graphics processing unit. It's quite good at doing lots of math quickly. (EG, games).
It means it's being hindered by your GPU's power.
Encoding on-the-fly I'm not sure possible, but I'll look into it.
Not a bad idea, I'll look into it. Not sure if I can or not.
How can i find my GPU power?
Oh, and what causes most of the lag, what part of the mod, recording? compression? keeping good frames and quality?
And can u make it so the video and audio can be together? thanks.
Im using bandicam at the moment until u fix this.

I'm pure Minecraft, because I figure if I see a really cool Minecraft video, AND it's on a Minecraft channel, I'm subbing. So I figured some other people probably do that too.
I did 6 months of crap quality videos and infrequent uploads before I got any real subscribers or view count, so that must mean something XD
Seriously, as long as you upload stuff at least weekly, the subs will come. I sub to nearly every Minecraft channel I find that uploads weekly, because chances are they will have some good content.
Here are some tips:
- Don't pump out the videos for the sake of doing it, work on them and make them good.
- Do some research to find who has done a video on that topic, see what they do to be successful.
- Upload to the channel MINECRAFTdotNET. They allow you to submit your videos to them, and they will handle the rest, downloading and uploading your video. They have a TON of subs, so it's really good publicity. I upload there frequently. All they look for is good quality (I don't mean resolution here) videos, you don't need a reputation.
- Genuinely work on your descriptions and tags, etc. It will help people find and trust your videos. Seeing a description like "hi guyz thisi s a video for a seeed that i found on a guys video and its gud" will make me leave. Lol.
i like variety in a channel, but also frequency, cuz cliffhangers really irritate me(like watching Yogscast Tekkit, its like COME ON PL0X NEW EPISODE :/)
and in quality, what do you mean? for MINECRAFTdotNET.
Oh, and should we take this to a private conversation? since its kinda OT

I was linked here by IpodMail and I just wanted to say (after downloading and checking out the mod) that this is BRILLIANT
I was just wondering if you were going to add a sniper rifle or a scoped weapon for this mod...
Again, great mod, and I wish you the best of luck with the downloads that will flow in over the next 24 hours!
Cool mod, definitely gonna use it, because i miss the rapid fire with bows
And the cool multikill system is sick.
Next, make a way to check your score, maybe tab

You could do flowers...I know it sounds gay but its awesome. All women love flowers. Buy em at low cost and then sell em high price...If your young and not so bad looking you get a sale most times...When you get some money buy a suit....Then continue..."you have such a lovely house and personality they should be blessed with Beautiful flowers". Know your market...If a lady answers the door looking glum say "Hi Im the flower guy, was just in the neighbourhood and the flowers wanted to come here". If you live in the part of town that has lawns mowed then sunday morning is best....The men are playing Golf .
even better, check the garage to see if there is a car, when its empty, usually means the husband it outside, and if the lawn doesnt have flowers, you can be lucky, oh and if u have a baby sister or brother, bring them with you for charm xD

Honestly at the beginning I did absolutely nothing, but the good videos slowly started growing. It is true, and I do find myself less prone to subscribe to a newer YouTuber, even if they have good content.
However, it accelerates. Maybe just a handful of views a day, but then every once in a while one of those views subscribes, and you have another guaranteed view for any new videos.
I basically just did it for fun in the beginning until I realized that it was getting fairly serious. It's not luck, honestly, anyone can do it.
You never see a channel with good and frequent content that has no subscribers. It simply doesn't happen. Sure, maybe some channels got lucky and grew faster, but still.
Maybe just do it for fun in your spare time.
Thats what me and my friend are gonna do, we figured the best way is to share one, so if one is grounded, the other can upload xD
how long did it take you? and is a variety of games the best way forward?
Thanks in advance :3

Honestly most of my income comes from YouTube. Though, that took me a long time to get started. I recently got partnered with TGN, so I'm making even more money now. In the third of a month that I was still just monetizing with YouTube I made $160, so triple that plus some more would be my monthly rate as of now.
Of course, it did take a long time to get started, and it was a lot of work, but it's fun too. I like to think of YouTube as a game. The more you work and the better videos you produce, the more views and subscribers you will earn.
Currently I'm sitting on 1,500 subscribers and a bit over 500,000 views, with a few subs and a few thousand views daily, but it's actually decent money.
And at first, I didn't even go full out. I put out the occasional half-assed video. I'm sure with work and dedication, you could start up a successful channel doing something you're good at (in my case, Minecraft).
And once you get popular, the money comes in regardless of video output.
Here's my channel if you want reference.
How do u get an audience? i find it that people rarely look at small channel's that get little views.
Any advice would be nice, thanks

like 55 dollars a month xD
You can do youtube or sites.
You can get your friends to click ur adf.ly links once a day xD(i once did it, it works and there are no rules against it :P)
So do something you enjoy that can get you money.
(Btw, if you want to do a site for free, here is weebly it is a good site to make websites, simple and nice.

I've finished porting over a Forge version, there'll now be 2 downloads, a Forge and Modloader version. The Forge version is Tekkit compatible, Modloader is not.
I want to know, why is it so laggy? is it because its running on the same core?
Or is it because the file size is smaller, i would suggest having it run a different core, not the one that MC is running on, if that is availble.

The audio is in a separate file, for separate audio editing. (Plus, when recording both video and audio in the same file, they tend to desync . The settings thing is being worked on, by Nouish, once I tell him exactly which values need to be saved.
The Tekkit compatibility is just making it run off of Forge instead of ModLoader. However, if tekkit is 1.2.5, this mod for forge WILL BE 1.3.2, so you'll have to get a Tekkit version for 1.3.2.
The intro / outro you have to do yourself. It's simple to do in any video editor, and would just be a pain to code.
Okie, im just to lazy to do the intro and outro xD
And dont u have a 1.2.5 forge MineVideo version?
But i would lag anyways cuz its not optimized yet :/
Cant wait for it to be optimized
