Hi! Some of you might know me from Tropicraft and Galacticraft. I have been thinking of making a server based around Sword Art Online. Ideally this would be done with bukkit as to make it easier to play on. Features would include an the entire floor/dungeon system of SAO, a bit of the skills system (Blacksmithing, Appraising, etc.), and an economy. If possible I'd like to also add Sword Skills. This would be mostly dev-work with a few artists involved. I am planning on making the whole world procedural generated, that way it'd make it easier to reset.
Sorry for the shitty writing in the first paragraph, this is kind of just a quick and dirty show of interest to see if it's worth really going in to. Don't PM me or anything yet. I'll make another thread when I decide to go through with this. Thanks!
Nice to see that someone did this. I've become too absorbed in other projects to pay attention to my old mods. Sorry about that, but thanks for making a new one most likely better than mine.
Can you possibly post the link for the older versions of your mods too? namely the 1.4.7 versions lol. I wish to try out FPS++ since optifine doesnt work much for me, but I can only find the 1.5 DL link
FPS++, Fog Key and Stronghold fix are updated. I'm currently to do Lava Decay and No Infinite Water in a different way that'd make them more compatible with anything else that decides to modify that class for whatever unholy reason.
I'd like to get a lava decay mod that fixes the bug in the current lava decay (a missing else clause to get the decay check rescheduled when it does not decay).
If you would like me to include more, or would rather I simply not include the mod in the modpack, rest assured it's not going in there until I've confirmed you're comfortable with it and with the way you're being credited.
May I ask how the FPS++ mod actually works? Does it affect gameplay in any way?
It reduces the size of the sin/cos look up table. It was absurdly sized before and the whole thing was regenerated frequently. Now it's only generated once, or at least the testing shows that. It doesn't affect game play either. Everything is just as precise as before.
Is FPS++ compatible with Forge? Is there a Forge version, or will it work if I just drag it into the jar? I need to know since I'm using Feed the Beast.
I'm also from tropicraft, and I deal with more the land generation/dimension side of it. I'd like to be in the meeting for things relating to that. Sorry about the late application, I've been on vacation for the past week, and I sadly didn't have cell service.

Link to 1.4.7 FPS++. Sorry I don't have old downloads, maybe one day I'll fix that!

Not the current version, but once I update it it will.

I'll do it tomorrow, though I feel a bit bad about making a mod out of that guy's findings. I guess if he hasn't and people want it, I may as well.

Indeed it does.

It shouldn't, it's a keybinding now. I'll check it to make sure though!
It is very possible.

Not currently, but if you'd like to make one I'd put it on the original post.

Probably.

100% compatible with forge!

No idea. I remember an old test where it gave me about 33% more FPS, but it largely depends on the quality of the processor.

Of course! Thanks for asking.
