24/7 and Vanilla Minecraft on latest version. Hermitcraft style, with the intention of more active players/grandioso bases.
Shops/a lot of building/automated farms etc. Aiming for 20-30 players! Will use proxy voice chat (simple mod). Looking for players that would be more active (avg 8 hours a week more or less). It'll be more organized and solo basing, with meetings from time to time about where the shops should go or the starting area should be etc.
The server in general will be more building and automation focused, with the goal of having a pretty cool world at the end.
Our community is mostly made of college students/newly graduates. As a result, we're more of a mature community and are mostly looking for older players. But, feel free to send in an interest form and we'll take a look!

Why did you apply for this position?: I think of myself as a good leader and a good person to count on so I think being a senior mod will be good. However, I'm fine with being a mod too. Whatever you think is best.
What can you contribute to the server?: I can be very welcoming to new people as I've been trained by my school in being a subbie-buddie (a name for welcoming new students to a new environment). I love bonding with people in minecraft so I wish to do the same on this server. I have owned my server in the past but I dropped it in order to pursue my studies of java programming as it took too much money and time. However. i am willing to contribute a lot of time to this server and will always be on standby on discord.
Why is it important to be active and professional?: Minecraft servers, in a way, is like a business. Its very important to be active so people on the server understand that the staff members are willing to put in time and effort to make the server enjoyable. This also ties into being professional as people think this server is serious, not just a little server. I will try to bring both of these traits to the team
How would you appropriately deal with someone in dark thoughts?: One thing I would try to do is talk to them. I would try to understand the problems that they have and try to calm them. A lot of things like this are in the moment so calming them down and make them think about their choices will help. I will report this to you, the owner, right away and see if you have any idea. I am always trying to improve so I would enjoy hearing what I should do instead if I'm doing this wrong.

Why is important to have quality features and games? There has to be a reason why people join your server and continue to play on it. One of the reason is friendly staff but I believe that good unique games are just as important. If we don't have quality features, there is no reason why they shouldn't go play on a server like hypixel. I strive to help come up with ideas and organize the development of this server.
Why is this position so important that its a Leadership rank? This determines the future of the server as it is the content that makes people look forward to playing everyday. Also, it is a leadership role as I will be in charge of a team working on future mini-games.

About yourself: I am a 15 year old person who is serious about the development stage of minecraft, but also know when to have fun. I go to a more prestige school and one of the best writers in my class. I love writing, especially fiction, as it brings my fanticies to life. I really want to be a builder and lore writer to have a better understanding of the lore and to bring mine, and my colleagues ideas to life.
What will make you useful to the team?:
If there is one thing I love about minecraft is building. After a long day of school, all I really want it to sit down, drink some coffee, and build something creative in minecraft. I believe I am pretty good at minecraft interior designing, expeically with walls. I can push myself to learn about these things. I am a dedicated learned and I am a perfectionist. I will not stop helping with the builds I am part of unless I am sure that it looks perfect. I also Love to learn something new and take criticism. I enjoy people telling me what is wrong and I am not like a 12 year old that will rage if any comment about there build is said. I also believe in following your directions, not mine, as this is your server.
I also want to be a Lore writer because of the experiences I have with writing. I am the best writer in my class of school and I am in a more prestige school. I think I would be a use because I could add another idea to the mix and have a new look at the lore. In my class, a lot of people told me I look at things differently than they do and this is something I want to add to the team. I also can write pretty fast so I can send out lore for revision pretty fast. If you can count on anyone, please try counting on me. Thanks
