a beter option is to try them one by one, like first try with your mod and farlanders , then with your mod and backpack... etc
Woah, that's a lot!
Try making the book with only Utility Mobs installed, if it still doesn't work, then we won't have to search through all those mods.
My first guess is that it might be Farlanders, but I don't know much about that or many other of those mods. Which ones add crafting recipes?

I'll consider that. Of course, silk touch tools can certainly drop from bosses.
YES!! make em drop unique items and things that are hard to get normally

reaally nice bro! keep it going it sounds awesome! , the in-game book editor sounds epic! , do you have any ideas for the future once you are done with that?
Utility Mobs adds a couple ways to obtain them. By default, it adds a drop chance from skeletons and a recipe to convert wither skulls to skeleton skulls. Either or both can be disabled and the drop rate is configurable.
Nothing really feature-y. I'm working on making Special Mobs more custom-entity-data-compatible, improving Lost Books's book loader to handle folder structures and book properties, finishing a new mod (Book Utils) that gives you the ability to do anything an NBT editor can do with books from in game, and improving Deadly World so it only calculates structures/spawner tags when Minecraft loads (as opposed to each time they are made) so that it won't be as laggy.
I'm also considering a new system to handle most of a special mob's properties, which will theoretically allow me to give any mob (as in, mobs added from other mods or just vanilla mobs) certain special mob effects and customizable drops. We'll see how it actually works out, though.

its fair , but this mod extends the reach of your world to a lot of people while they play minecraft, they can enjoy fantasy world while they are inside another fantasy world hehe but if you don't feel like doing so, is just a suggestion , but if you do , or if you change your mind feel free to tell me, i can always assist you on those mattersQuote from sc1020

i guess you can put hair in front of the eye like you can do with the hood

here are some ideas:
-a system where you can make your character to use different expressions
- controlling expressions with Ctr plus the numbers: happy ,sad,scared,troll, i don't care, geez ,facepalm etc
- expressions for taking damage depending on the damage taken
- automatic faces when certain conditions are fulfilled example:when the player is badly injured ,scared face .
-better drinking and eating animations(not sure if its already implemented)
-better support for different types of skins
and final questions , can you disable specific animations? is this compatible with smart moving?

i already adapted some for my personal use , but i can send em tro you, ive selected the best of the best actully the shord ones, but without loosing the coolness and creepiness
