I have tried building this for a while now and I can't seem to do it. I need help building the hall of heroes from classic midevil. The statues of the heroes are not needed as I will be putting in armor stands to put the heroes in so it is not needed to be super massive but feeling as big as it does in the game would be nice. And while you don't have to having the chalice of souls floating over the table as well will be great. but my biggest trouble is building the building it's self.
I am having trouble with the shift move. Every time I hold shift W to sneak forward i start slowly sliding to the side as if I am trying to walk into a block. And it is only shift w (or sometimes rarely when I try to shift jump i just don't jump) because I tried asd and they work and if I change the crouch key to any other key it works fine till I put it back and I can't go forward again. Anyone know what this is and how to fix it because this is making it hard to play. And it does not matter the version. It is doing it on modded, unmodded, fresh install, as well as stable and snap shots.
The customizer is coming back? Awesome. I have been having to go in and edit the pack i use myself since you stopped updating it. Hope your vacation goes well and I will keep watch for when it updates.
Guess who's back. I was using your texture pack for so long I forgot I was useing one. No joke I was watching someone play with vanilla and my thought was "Well that is a bright vibrant pack. Why would someone get one so bright? Wonder what it is called." Took me 20 minutes to go "Oh it is vanilla." Ya I use main as midevil and mix in bits of the rest and what I got from when you had the make a custom pack thing. I like my world to have a darker look. Any way I am back and ready to see the new fun looking toys.
To clear things up, Mithion did leave 1.7.10 very early, and as a consequence of that, there are many problems. One of the problems is thus, you cannot spawn the Water Guardian, Earth Guardian, And another Guardian (forget the name). And to further more clarify, the XP infusions into your armour does not work, therefore your armour cannot gain XP anymore, so the whole Armour imbuement table is practically worthless. I am very upset that Mithion left his mod in such a state, however it is not my place to judge him. I am wishing that someone will pick up where he left off, Max, where are you?? Anyone out there who has found a fix to the XP problem i would LOVE to hear it. (note this is for 1.7.10)
Ah ok sorry I did not know he was using 1.7 I have only been playing minecraft 1.6.4 and 1.8 so i have not used the ars magica 1.7. (mostly do the how buggy i saw it was.) And I remember hearing someone say just use creative mode and you can imbue your armor without xp. I know you can on 1.6.4 but have not tried on 1.7.
cant summon any boss(Can it be Custom mob spawner fault?Anyone using?
Do you mean summon as in the spell or as calling them from the rituals? If you mean the summon spell boss mobs are turned off. They tend to crash the game. If not then I am not sure. Have you tried without the Custom mob spawner?
Out of curiosity, what paintings do you guys favor? Ones that look like objects (like the water fountain in the Heavenly pack), ones of scenery, ones of animals, or the ones of people?
I love the ones it came with. they are very pretty and well done. But if it is a matter of what type um i don't know but I do know I just love the one with the fairys at the river. It is a really beautiful one. But all of them are still really amazing. Sorry if what i am saying is no help.
im having a problem with enchanting it only lets me enchant a pickaxe and nothing else do i need to try and redo it or is it a bug or something your working on thanks in advance.
To enchant something else you need to pick it up and put it where the pickaxe is. So if you want to do a book, sign, ect pick it up move it to the picaxe at the top then click it there. It will change it to what you want.
Am I missing the DELETE switch in the new version? I know you can drag right to delete items, but is there another way?
You are not the only one. I can't find it ether. I love how it added the custom tab and the way to change like "cheat mode" and "stop rain" and stuff but the new lay out is really tricky to use. I liked how I could go "15 stacks of cobble click turn on delete shift click cobble all cobble gone rest stayed." the new lay out is really tricky and hard to use but I do like the stuff that was added.
But one thing i have to say: For me new Design sucks... rly? one window with alot of tabs ?
normally i could do alot of things without browsing like: give Items, load a Saveslot, change Difficulty, Gamemode and Time, Heal, toggle rain, etc...
and it was like a part of GUI not a small window in it (dont know the point of doing this)
It lost all i loved on it... If there would be an "change design" option i would be totally fine with it
Yeah i read that you had to change layout because something was broken.. only want to know if you plan to get back to the old design...
And here i also have 2 Feature Ideas wich would be amazing (yeah i know maybe not new ideas but never saw a good mod for this):
Quick crafting: Just like item list, but filled with items you could craft with current stuff in your inv
(also stuff wich needs 2 and more steps like: I have 10 log blocks and in the list also wooden stairs are shown)
also with exlude list (for stuff you dont want to see like Sticks etc)
And the second thing: prettymuch the same but vor villager... All trades are shown in side list
Both could be in one tab... If you are at villager -> Trade window on workbench or just inventory -> Craft ui
The options for the buttons could be like : left click -> craft once
right click -> craft stack (if less: all)
shift left -> craft as much as you can
I know that this might be difficult.. I cant program in java so i dont know... but if you would like inspiration

No do not worry. It took me longer then i want to admit for me to remember that as well. It is something you never really have to do with most mods so you tend to forget.
