What experience do you have with being a Moderator?: I have been staff on a few of my friends server and I had a admin position on EmeraldOrigins, a 30 slot public server hosted by BeastNode in the UK. It was successful and had alot of players per day, but I didn't like the way the owners were treating the problems (letting the the staff members do all the work and then having them take all the credit) and I didn't like the fact that the chose the worst staff members possible, almost of all of them corrupt. I was also a Mod on MiniPixel, a small 18 slot which usually had 9 users on avg. and 1-2 staff on at one time. It was a fun community but was shut down do to lake of time and lack of good staff (most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server growing)
What makes you interested in ShiverMC?: I noticed that you are quite professional, and that this has server has quite a bit of potential (cliche much?). This server also drew me to it as I love survival/factions.
What will you do as Moderator for ShiverMC?: Well, I would do the basic stuff. Ban hackers, mute people that were being rude / mean in chat, and kick / tempban people that are being total jerks to people. I will also help people with problems they have with plugins, game mechanics, etc.
What sets you apart from other applicants?: I am young for my age, although people have told me I am more mature than most 11-12 year olds.
