You need multiple MC.jars
Each of these is an unmodified, renamed, copy of it's MC.jar version.
minecraft1.4.7.jar
minecraft1.4.7f.jar
minecraft1.5.0.jar
minecraft1.5.0f.jar
minecraft1.5.1.jar
minecraft1.5.1f.jar.
minecraft1.5.2.jar
minecraft1.5.2f.jar
minecraft.jar
All of these are in my *.minecraft\bin.
You open Setup, and choose ".minecraft1.5.1f.jar" (f for me signifies Forge. I also have the same versions ".minecraft1.5.1.jar" with Risugami's) or "New" depending, add the Mods applicable to that MC.jar version.
so i have to download 1.4.7,1.5 and 1.5.1?
EDIT: i tried to launch minecraft by using minecraft.exe,it says
Failed to launch

ok i have another problem,

Hi,i use the launcher,i love it,but i got problem using this program.
i opened up magic launcher,hit login as usual.
The dialog saying FML(forge)is setting up your minecraft environment.
I was hoping the mojang logo to greet me to the game,but instead it wont show up.

i opened up magic launcher,hit login as usual.
The dialog saying FML(forge)is setting up your minecraft environment.
I was hoping the mojang logo to greet me to the game,but instead it wont show up.
So i used minecraft.exe,black screen after mojang logo.

But i have a problem, when i open MCreator.exe, it should open the intro(?)screen but my mouse cursor just turns
to blue ring that spins, and it just stops.
Am i doing something wrong?
