I read somewhere that with global warming we would probably end up seeing heavier snows than normal.
I don't ****ing know if that's correct though. It was something along those lines that I saw in a newspaper.
Regardless....Yeah. The misinformation here is hilarious.
I always enjoy that argument. IF DERS GLOBAL WARMING, HOW DO YE EXPLAIN DAT DERR SNOW FALLIN OUT ON THE GRASS DER. AIN'T NO WARMIN DAT I CAN SEES.
    ****ing christ...

I know some furries that go to my school that have cat ears sown onto the hoods of their coats. Needless to say, they get a lot of **** for it.

I suppose you could justify it somehow.
But at the same time, common sense dictates they were asking for it.
So yeah. I'm not going to defend them. The cat tails and ears are stupid as hell. They knew it would attract attention. So buck up or don't wear it all. To me, that **** is on the same level as all the "gangster" wannabe's who traverse my hometown.
Makes you look like an idiot.

LMAO have you seen average American test scores?

It's true. Our school systems suck.
Although there's something to be said for having that socialization.
But no. In all seriousness....a lot of people in this country look down on intelligence.
If you're intelligent, there's a strong possibility someone thinks you're a douche....simply for being intelligent.

I have some neighbors who home school their kids.
Very polite and nice kids...but....very awkward socially.
Awkward in that kind of creepy children of the corn way.
The way they act you have to wonder if they're quietly plotting murder.

That might be the normal healthy way children are supposed to act, given the changes since the late 19th century.

    lol
thinking about it now I wonder if their parents tied them to their beds and beat them or some ****.

    Lol it's cool.
I just thought that word was funny.
    And I dunno...is that actually a word?
    It sounds like it's not.
But goddamn I've been wrong on crazier things.

anime nerds: anti-social fatties that are extremely passive aggressive. And they smell.

    LIESZ!
    I am skinny.
    I am kind. (i hope)
    I try to be social.

    That's why it's a stereotype.
I'm into anime, manga, comics, cartoons...all that awesome stuff.
And I work out 5 times a week for an hour and half. Why does that matter? Because I don't look the part for my interests (according to stereotypes). I had a friend I met in the dorms who pinned me as a person I was not. It wasn't until I hung out with him on a friday night and watched him play paper mario, providing insight on the side, that he said "ya know, until we did this I thought you were just a sports dude. A jock".
Same kind of stuff happened when I went to anime club with a friend when I was in school....it was an interesting experience.
They definitely treated me differently. Like I was some poser/outcast trying to move in on their interests.
See, I came from a weird upbringing where I was encouraged toward my interest in art and cartoons...but at the same time physical activity. Both of my parents were professional natural body builders. So I got into working out and stuff through them.(Mostly because I got tired of being picked on though)
So to most of the kids at anime club I looked like some kind of jock. The same kind of **** who probably picked on them growing up.
So I could understand why anyone would be skeptical. Everyone makes snap judgements. It's a natural instinct for us. I mean...I was picked on pretty hardcore growing up too. Like I said, I had an interest in all things cartoons/comics growing up. Plus I liked to draw. I was quiet too. So I got bullied very often. In fact, bullying was pretty bad in my school. Think hollywood style stuff.

Anyways...point being...people aren't always the paper cut outs we think they are from a simple passing glance.

But that's why this thread exists.
