posted a message on What does it mean when a girl says "I don't know"
    It could mean several things.
Lots of people have said it could mean she doesn't really know if she wants to. And that's very possible.
However, basing this upon my experiences growing up, "I dont know" equates to "I'm too afraid of hurting your feelings by saying no, but I really mean NO".
Basically, if she doesn't get back to you, it's probably because she doesn't want to date you, and doesn't know how to go about telling you.

S'how things go bro. I hated that **** too growing up. But it's how people are.

I can't say it was 'inhuman'. Simply because there was probably a lot of emotion behind the event. I mean, he did lose his arm. I'm sure that would make anyone here go ballistic emotionally. You don't really know unless you're there.
Now, had he killed the alligator for absolutely no reason....then yeah. That would of been inhuman.

Point is, I'd probably of gone ape **** too had someone severed my arm as well.
That's not to say it wasn't stupid of him to go after the ball. Which it was.
I would of been like, '**** that'.

I see nothing wrong with the commercial.
If anything that was my life growing up back in the 90's.

I can't remember how many times my mother ripped my sega out of the wall and told me to get outside and play.

Sure. I was pissed about it. There were few games where there was a save option. And I'd pretty much lose all my progress. It wouldn't take me long to get over it though.

But in all honesty, looking back on it...I'm really glad she forced me outside. Because of her I met some of my best friends. I also have some of my best memories from playing outside. A lot of times we'd go down to the woods and play a make-believe game. Or we'd swing on the rope swing.
It was just great fun that I'd never trade for anything.

That's not to say video games are bad...but I do think children need to step away from games from time to time. Learn what it is to really 'play'.

That is, assuming you have peers who don't reject you, or you actually have a half-alive forest, or a working rope swing that wasn't cordoned off for being unsafe.

That's true. I do understand that nowadays, with growing poopulation that theres less room for kids to go running about safely. That much I do understand.
But still. You don't know until you try.
As for the safety issue. I hurt myself all the time growing up. Said rope swing did break a few times. Bikes fell apart. We'd play around places where construction on houses was taking place. Etc.
I guess to each his own though eh?

A lot of times we'd go down to the woods and play a make-believe game. Or we'd swing on the rope swing. A lot of my imagination was developed as a kid outside as well. I would take my action figures outside and make up little stories in the grass and around bushes. Or, like I said, I'd play like, soldier or something with friends.
It was just great fun that I'd never trade for anything.

Just run sprints. Build into it. But run sprints. Look up training regimes for sprinters if you want that fast twitch muscle fiber. I'd go into detail since I ran sprints from 5th grade all the way through high school...but I'm feeling lazy.

    I prefer that to this.

Well, yeah. Pretty much anything is better than a 13-year-old airhead singing insipid cliches that she couldn't even write herself. I'm just pointing out that there's a reason it's Simon Cowell that wants to have a word with her and not, say, a producer of good music.

haha Naw, I heard ya loud and clear.
