There's a huge amount of mod content for 1.10 mostly from new contributor Nazenn. Most importantly Quark is complete, and Biomes O' Plenty is nearly complete.
I've also revamped the double-tall plants. Most have random alternates and look different from different sides. Gold armor now has a unique style.
I just had an extremely busy and exhuasing 6 weeks, and had to put a lot of stuff to the side, including working on this texture pack. Things are getting back to normal, and I'm working through the backlog of life stuff. I'm not setting any dates, but I look forward to things getting back to normal in the near-ish future.
Nazeen, thanks for you interst, i've sent you a PM.
But I have heard as long as you abide by strict json coding 1.8 coding should work fine in 1.9.
From who? If you mean that you don't need to change anything, if your coding was strict, I don't believe it.
It has been quite a while since I transitioned, but I had to change a lot of stuff to transition. The coordinates for item rotations for instance are totally different.
Unlike many shader screenshots/videos, my pack is actually strongly featured, with nice block close-ups instead of epic builds from a distance, which all look the same with SEUS.
I've put it up on the first post of this thread, and tweeted it to the followers.
No, you missunderstood. with Luminous texture pack turned on (above lithos core) dirt blocks with grass are too bright on bottom with luminous screenshot and without luminous (lithos core only)
Oh, that. Yeah the lack of shading on grass blocks an intentional, but unfortunate part of the 3D short grass. Due to the limitations of the engine, without the shading turned off, the 3d short grass is super-dark. So I chose to turn off the shading on the grass block, as the lesser evil. That's why the short 3d grass isn't in Lithos:Core.
I've discovered another mod compatibility issue; this time with Better Foliage. The wood log textures disappear when using the mod making tree trunks invisible. Not necessarily required, but it's be nice to see support for this mod in your pack.
Sorry, I'm going to put the blame for that on the mod. Feel free to report it to them if you like, but, my logs use standard .JSON to apply alternate textures, and orient properly. I'm not going to drop any of that for the mod's sake, especially since it is something that should be fixed on their end.

With that really strong specular highlight, it doesn't look like it is glowing-- it looks like a bright light is shining on it.

This is an unfortunate limitation of the minecraft engine. If they weren't glowy on the bottom, the sides would be super-dark.
Thaks for keeping an eye out for bugs though.

Very impressive!

Classy cinemetography.

Take the idea, of course. That's why I posted it. Look at the .JSON, and even copy the numbers.
But don't just lift content from the pack.

I didn't make these, but a new contributor to Visibility-- Zaliku is totally responsible. But I thought it was clever and wanted to show them off.
No 3d modling here, just 16x16 textures rotated 45º in the hand.

That's not a problem with Lithos--- that's just minecraft. If there's no snow on top of the block, then there's no snow on the side of the block.
Though optifine does have a setting to change that, i think.

Just put out Visibility for 1.10x
I'm happy with how the bear turned out, even though it is pretty simple.
