    for MC v1.10.2 DV v0005; Is it possible to use animated blocks like Immersive Engineering windmills on the ship? immersive cables probably will not work because of the coordinate change but probably i can find a way to use another energy transfer way from other mods (maybe enderio cables or something like tesseracts) Machines like crushers, pulverizers from other mods, are they working in entity state? i just backup my server and i will test it. This mod is awsome. Thanks a lot.

    Looking to "Elite RF Storage" while holding "Electric Pickaxe" causing to create thousands of fake, non-lootable elite rf storage items around. Looks really nice actually but creates huge fps loss after 20 second. :D

    Also strange things happening between "Elite RF Storage" and "electricity-rf transformer" from Power Advantage mod. Rf storage taking Rf from electricity system but looks like giving it back at the same time. RF In and Out sections gones crazy. But it works at the end, i got full rf storage.

    Yes, its gone. Thank you. Overworld looks amazing but strange things happening on nether: Nether pigmans are light sensitive and looks like glowing white and at the same time some camera angles are complate dark except torches, pigmans, fire on the ground and dropped items. Lava can barely visible. (opening inventory on that broken camera angle (or pressing F1) fixing that black blocks at background but after closing inventory its still dark. Here some screenshots:

    Is this normal? (i mean: yes its normal its caused by lack of mod compability or no its not, something wrong about shaders settings or files.)

    Looks like all black screens have waila information tab, its probably about waila. Yep, pressing num pad 1 and its gone, no blackscreen.

    Thanks to all of you for explanations. My reason to use a shaderpack not making game harder, making it beautiful. If i want a harder game i can use extra mods like that or gamemodes but i don't need it. I want entertaining game not challenging or punishing little mistakes with huge cost. Its not fun for me. So from my perspective some features are disadvantage.

    Yesterday i tried continuum (Continuum Shaders for MC 1.2 (Low-Ultra).zip) and i liked it but it caused to client side infinite rain (didn't respont to /toggledownfall or "/weather clear 999999". Well it responded but only for couple miliseconds after that, rain always starts immediately) i coudn't fix it. After couple restart (both client and server) somehow i manage to stop the rain but after i change "texture pack resulotion:128" to something else, rain started again.
    That was really strange because even deactivate continuum or changing to another shaderpack, infinite rain problem still continues. You have to restart both server and client (but its not enough, my solution on end of the paragraph)
    Let i try again, i installed continuum. Hmm there is 2 sun at same time (1 square and 1 circle). I changed profile custom to high now there is 1 sun but fps around 18-22. I need to change it again. Profile:Standart+ performance/POM + Water/ParallaxWater now fps 26 oh double sun again. probably "performance/POM" causing it. Im closing it. Yeah now there is one sun and stable fps 24-27. Changing brigness to 0.10. Still no rain, good :lol:
    Global illuminati: new g.i. joe: off, Detail: atmospheric fog: off (now looks like regular minecraft im change atmonspheric fog back on.) Still no fog, restarting minecraft... stable fps around 28-30 but fog looks very odd with black edged cubes. I should really stop changing things randomly. Oh wait there is double sun again but performance/POM not enabled. Anyway lets continue, changing texture pack resulotion to 32: FPS didn't changed but i can feel the lightweight. Game runs better now. Hmm still no rain really interesting. (couple minutes later) And here is the rain.
    Its mystery for me. Im not coder, programer etc. and trying to understand shader options while changing it and exemine its effect to game. Why is it raining again its really odd, i changed a lot of things on other shaders too but it never caused to rain. Interesting. Global illuminati confirmed maybe G.I. Joe caused to this.
    So, infinite rain started again and changing shader or using a command or sleeping not fixing it. I find kind of solution using "/weather clear" on client and "stop" on server same time (client command should be couple milisecond early) fixing this. Im %100 sure rain problem about with this shader because it never happened before and only happening when i use Continuum. Something triggering rain. Other rains are gone with sleeping or waiting to its end.

    Well, im old minecraft player but shaders are very new for me. I never interested before minecraft's visual part. So i started to use shaders 2-3 weeks ago. In this time i learned to edit shader configs for older minecraft versions. Im new to shaders and shader terminology. Thats why im asking and trying to understood behind the choice of shader's default settings. I installed and deleted totally at least 5-6 different shader on different minecraft versions 1.7.10 to 1.9.2. Its nothing i know. There are too many shaders but they all have same problems like extremely dark nether or bright day/dark night. At the moment im using 3 shaderpack on minecraft 1.9 custom modpack, kuda 5.0.6 ultra, kuda 6.2.8.1 default, sildur's vibrant shader 1.141 extreme. I saw a shader list on the first page and im planning/want to try every one of them but every shader needs to configure one by one. "Just installing and trying" is not enough and right. I asked those questions because most of shaders i tried are blurred at default settings.
    About disadvantage, for example: in nether, you cant see anything except some tiny lava and glowstone light, there is complate darkness. When you use a shadderpack, you're missing ores around you; like nether quartz or diamentional shards from RFTools mod (which is very important to collect) and thats huge disadvantage. Thats why i must turn off shaders before every nether journey or mining trip (for benefits of nightvision)

    You misunderstood me, calm dawn people. Im not forcing anybody to do anything, i don't blame about mod compability. Im just asking why nobody tried to make a less disadvantage giving shaderpack and why shaders are designed without caring gameplay. Im not saying those effects looks terrible, most of them makes it harder to play, mostly it cuts your clear vision and negativily effects your gameplay.
    Also i didn't said rubbish etc. all shaders are beautiful but at the end they are a bit useless because not practical.
    Ofcouse i can change settings, but why non of them created for practical usage? They can be both beautiful and practical.
    At the end shaders are hard work product and deserves to be both.

    why shaderpack developers loves the misty glass screen? All shaderpacks i tried comes with horrible settings like dof, blur, chromaticabberation, jitter, sunflare, vignette etc. all those effects makes worse. I don't get it why are they crippling they own work. Is anybody really ok with default settings on any single shaderpack? All looks like a joke. Non of them works well. I can't see far objects clearly, nether always extremely dark, days too bright, nights too dark. Also nightvision always broken, waypoints are hard to see and invisible if there is no any object between you and waypoint marker (from mod called JEI), hp bars shaking and hard to see (from mod called Neat). Some of them has problem with barrels(from mod called Jabba, better barrels etc.), stained glasses. Using a shaderpack shoudnt give you any disadvantage why there is no shaderpack like that? They all looks great but gives tons of disadvantage and makes unplayable at the end.
