    I think that dispensers should be able to plant saplings. They would do this when a dispenser with a sapling in it is pointing at air above a dirt or grass block. This could be useful when making an "automatic" tree farm.

    The top of he nether is accesible in survival though, you can ender glitch through the bedrock. Just shoot some ender pearls through
