If there is anything broken(such as GUI graphics) please let me know and I will update as soon as possible.
Glazed Terracotta is done. That means once I finish the shulker boxes and icon I can finally post the update. I'll probably keep working on it from there, trying to finish and update the various missing components such as entity skins.
It is coming guys, I promise. Having a hard time with the Totem of Undying, and I've been experimenting a lot with custom models. I've finally finished up all the new custom colored block stuff. The glazed terracotta isn't here because I will simply be hand-upscaling them since they are so uniquely designed it would probably throw off builds by doing my own thing(and there's so many).
In short, extract the zip so that it's a folder in your resource packs and make sure that the first files inside your pack folder are "assets" & "pack.mcmeta" (& optionally others). Then you can use F3+T to quickly reload the pack.
I'm trying to find ways to make it easier to work with a resource pack.
For example, swapping textures out on the fly instead of having to restart Minecraft. Right now any time I modify a texture I need to close Minecraft, add it to the ZIP and start the client back up. Initially it was a problem with winrar not allowing me to modify a zip already being used by another program, but even then if I hit F3+T minecraft removes my resource pack and I can't enable it again until I restart Minecraft anyways.
I'd also like to know if there's any programs out there that previews mob skins on actual models and updates the texture in real-time as you edit the file. I have searched all over and can't find a single thing to do that. Novaskin does a good job but I'm looking for something that's not web-based and updates the texture on the mob as you save the file.
A bit of a surprise, I finally decided to do the Ender Dragon. I wanted to try to keep it inspired by the Endermen themselves, and I also wanted to ditch the forelegs.
Current changelog. Expect a release this week possibly!

An update is on the way. I do apologize for the inactivity this pack can experience but you gotta realize I've been working on this pack since 2010. 7 years! It doesn't seem like it sometimes but time really does fly. Typically my pack will get updates when I regain interest in Minecraft again. It can be pretty discouraging trying to get a release out only to see a new update has been launched with a ton of new blocks(I'm looking at you, World of Color update!), especially when I'm not really into playing Minecraft at the time.
Key updates will be fixing all broken GUI graphics(that includes brewing and the new recipe book) and getting all the new blocks done. As typical, mobs will probably not be done for now but I am trying as I have time. I've also updated some graphics, such as the lillypad and ingot icons.
Here's the compass, 64 frames. Pain in the ass to do.
Once I finish the clock(I need to think of a new design, not a fan of the old one) I'll upload the fix. One problem I'm having is redstone is doing some z-fighting and I'm not sure how to avoid it.
Thanks, I'll be working on them. I never did the compass because it would be hard to do what I want but I managed to get some code to spit out 64 frames doing the needle the way I wanted. I have to go through all the frames and clean them up and AA them. Same with the clock.
Alright, here it is, 1.9 ready! I am aware that the new command blocks don't have new blocks but I really couldn't be bothered. I have no ideas and I know it's something that's not really likely to be seen very often. Aside from command blocks, all blocks and items are updated as well as banners, shields and so on.
I've also added random textures for purpur bricks, red bricks, stone bricks, grass and tall grass/ferns.
Purpur bricks looked a little repetitive so I decided to mess around with the flexibility of resource packs and add some variations. I might port over all the Optifine variations to vanilla as well.

Ah I had gotten it confused with another program. That's cool, though sadly it doesn't seem to support live updating of the texture.

Cool, I'll try this, thanks!
It also doesn't support higher resolutions, which my pack is.
