I was able to get SevTech: Ages and Optifine and SEUS all working. The steps I followed are below.
1. installed SevTech:Ages via Twitch app. this installs to My Documents\Curse\Minecraft\Instances\SevTech Ages
2. Downloaded Optifine_1.12.2_HD_U_D1.jar from optifine.net\downloads. placed in My Documents\Curse\Minecraft\Instances\SevTech Ages\mods
3. Started SevTech: Ages, let it load to menu then quit. This setsup some folder structure, most notably the My Documents\Curse\Minecraft\Instances\SevTech Ages\shaderpacks folder
4. placed SEUS Renewed 1.0.0.zip in the shaderpacks folder mentioned above
5. launched SevTech: Ages, once loaded went to options and clicked "shaders", selected SEUS and created a world. Shaders were active.
I have never played with SevTech: Ages, I should have some free time today so I will get it setup and see what I can figure out. Let you know how it goes.
Looking at your screenshot it looks like you do not have Optifine installed, this is required for shaderpacks. I recommend watching the videos posted in the below link.
Issue:
Not sure if this is caused by SEUS Renewed but is definately related. I have the profile for FTB Beyond limited to 6,702MB RAM. With SEUS enabled and game fullscreen RAM usage stays at or below the RAM limit. With SEUS enabled and game in windowed mode or tabbed out RAM usage climbs to around 16GB and game crashes. With "internal" shaders enabled RAM usage stays at or below limit regardless of fullscreen/windowed/tabbed out. I am providing my client logs however when the crash happens log files fail to write, I have reviewed them but do not see any issues recorded.
I have figured out the issue, your command works flawlessly, my timer was incorrectly designed. Once I fixed that the detection worked perfect. Thank you very much for your help.
Thank you for the command, getting further:) unfortunately now I get the following error:
"Failed to execute 'testfor @p[r=1]' as Psirix"
I tested that command (/testfor @p[r=1]) and I can successfully execute it as myself (Psirix), getting "found Psirix" in chat window but when the command block attempts execution I get above error. I have verified that my server.properties has the following set:
enable-command-block = true
op-permission-level = 2
I am continuing to dig into this but any more assistance is greatly appreciated.
David
EDIT*
I manually executed "/execute @p 790 54 -367 /testfor @p[r=1]" and I get the full error:
Hello, New to forum, have searched but unable to find a working fix for the issue I am facing.
Minecraft Server:
Version: 1.10.2
Forge: 12.18.3.2422
Modpack: FTB Beyond
Attempting to use a command block to check for a player near a certain location. I have tried to use the following commands in my command block but both always return the value "UUID provided in invalid format"
Command 1: testfor @p[x=794,y=63,z=-373,r=1]
Command 2: testfor @p[794,63,-373,1]
I have also tried @a variants of the above commands, all fail with invalid UUID. I appreciate any assistance.
