Since this mod worked brand new on a new machine and my current machine had 2.6 installed before I downloaded and switched to 2.7, I decided to troubleshoot this a little.
Seems that the config file for 2.6 is incompatible with 2.7. remove %appdata%\.minecraft\config\TooMuchTNT.cfg

Seems that the config file for 2.6 is incompatible with 2.7. remove %appdata%\.minecraft\config\TooMuchTNT.cfg
And start your minecraft up.
