Dude, all I want to know is if my router is feeding internet to people in my server. For example in torrents, if you upload, you are letting other people use some of your internet in order to have faster responses. Now I would assume setting up a server would send out some of my internet bandwidth because I am hosting the game. All I really want to know is how much that affects other internet usage such as xbox live, surfing the web, or streaming netflix movies..
Endo does know what he is talking about, You're question is very vague.
technically you browsing this site "uses your internet" even though its the webservers bandwidth. Everything is two way.

Will it affect those activity's YES, by how much? no one knows till you try it. There are far to many variable to give an accurate answer.
No Shell I know and I don't mean it to come off that way.
What i was trying to say to the OP is on an internet community for ANY internet community forum there is no such "rights" like freedom of speech.
threads can be locked or deleted as the staff pleases without reason.
Now this would be against the best interests of the forum obviously and I'm sure would cause a turn of member(ship) as well as other repercussions and It's something that is not done here.
I just get bothered when people feel they are entitled to something when in all actually... they aren't
I don't mean this rudely but the issue isn't your router, or pc not being able to handle it.. I think it's you who is not able to handle it. All the tutorials are there and very simple to follow providing you take the time to learn how do it do and setup your pc/router correctly.
Other people in the same house or network may experience a little change in their speed.
Much like a website... say this one for example. We connect and you the sites bandwidth however what we do else where would have no effect on the site.

Same way you set up your server to start with.
you port forwards to THAT computer. Now that you moved your server you want to port forward to the NEW computer.
Also make sure you didn't put the IP in the server.properties.

you are on a free community site. At any point a moderator or admin can lock, or delete your threads as they please.
This goes for any site btw
