Yeah i was able to retrieve 2 of my saved games but not my original. It's not a huge deal i can always recreate it. But no power outage or anything, i just got on my comp and started the minecraft game. it updated it and then i clicked on my saved game and there was nothing there. As it is in alpha i should have known to back it up. And luckily i had my saved games of my other 2 on my jump drive. So i will recreate what i lost. It was fun the first time now it's time to make it better.
I spent hours and hours building a floating castle, A pirate ship, even a lighthouse made with lava, only to have it mysteriously gone when i log in today. All my saved games are gone. Wth? How can this happen and from now i'm keeping a backup of my saved games.
