    Just out of curiosity, have you ever considered an iron -> pig iron -> steel type method? Possibly increasing gross yield slightly in exchange for using large amounts of coal.

    Excellent mod, I remember elloram saying that making colored lights was 'next to impossible' (paraphrasing). But you've done it, I'm super thrilled and I hope to see other mods utilise your api once your mod has gained popularity.

    If your looking for things like that there is a tornado mod, and a deadlier caves mod, which has cave collapses and magma eruptions, but no volcanos.

    love it, and hate it.
    1.) fix walls so you don't bump your head on the walls that are too low.
    2.) make the drowning trap into a lava trap,
    3.) make a couple more floors of hostile mob spawners.
    4.) the animal mobs wont go into the drowning trap, or rather they will and then thell hop right out.
    5.) automatic cactus farmer.
    6.) wolf spawner room
    7.) PREPARE FOR THE PISTONS!!!

    since i cant download the mod, could one of you possible make a necrocraft lets play? i want to follow a lets play that uses mods, and good-ish ones are hard to find (if you do it in hardcore mode then diamonds for you =D)

    Ok here goes

    The "Switch Between Night and Day (All day/all night added"
    useing this mod ^^

    1. downloaded mod
    2.draged the Ir.class file (mod from download) onto my desktop
    3.opened Finder
    4. opened library folder
    5. opened application support folder
    6. opened minecraft folder
    7. opened bin folder
    8. list of files in bin folder font-weight&ticket=hover, jinput.jar , lwjgl.jar , lwjgl_util.jar , minecraft.backup.jar , minecraft.jar , natives folder , version , {color
    9.compressed minecraft.jar
    10. double clicked minecraft.jar.zip file
    11. a minecraft 2 folder appeared in the bin folder
    12. opened minecraft 2 folder
    13. dragged Ir.class mod into minecraft 2 folder
    14. i get a massage saying "An older item named "Ir.class" allready exists in this location. Do you want to replace it with the newer one you are moveing?" There are two options "Stop" and "Replace"
    15. I choose Replace
    16. I do the select all command
    17. I right click on a random file (while all files are selected) and choose the compress 468 files option
    18. i drag archive.zip onto my desktop.
    19. I then drag minecraft.jar , minecraft.jar.zip , minecraft 2 folder into the trash
    20. i then drag archive.zip into the bin folder then i change archive.zip into minecraft.jar
    21. Then i open minecraft
    22. once i try to log in minecraft gives me a black screen

    Computor: MacBook
    Version: 10.5.8
    Game version. (i believe it is) 1.2.2
    no idea what messages from the console are relevent
    PLZ HELP ME IVE SPENT OVER 10 HOURS TRYING TO GET MODS ONTO MINECRAFT

    OK i have a mac and i do everything fine until... i get to the minecraft.jar file (which is what your talking about when you say .minecraft file right?). once i get to the jar file what i do is i turn .jar into .zip then i extract the zip file. place the .class files into the extracted minecraft folder. then i compress the folder into a .zip and then i turn .zip into .jar i believe this should work in theory here an explanation that easier to understand.

    ( :Red: =minecraft.jar)
    ( :Blue: =minecraft.zip)
    ( :White: =minecaft biome mod files)
    ( :Grey: =minecraft folder)
    ( :Yellow: =compress option)


    :Red: > :Blue: (just changed the .jar into .zip)
    then i
    extract + :Blue: = :Grey: (double clicked the minecraft.zip file
    then i
    :Grey: + :White: (i put the biome mod files into the minecraft folder)
    then i
    :Grey: + :Yellow: = :Blue:
    :Blue: > :Red: (i changed the .zip into .jar)

    in theory this should work... but it doesn't all it does is give me a black screen.

    could someone make a vary detailed tutorial for mac users WE WANT TO USE MODS TOO!
