Introducing Progress, the first mod from Team Progress. Its still in its baby stages but its a heavy WIP. At the moment all it does is add a couple of ores and some tools and nice blocks. Still, why not try it out? Team Progress is made up of myself, DHM_, konboy507, and mcb180.
Suggestions and code improvements welcome, we are still somewhat new at this

Aug 4, 2013Guys lets not complain about lack of updates, pahimar is getting married in less than a week, so he has and has had a lot to deal with lately. EE2 is inferior compared to what EE3 will be so lets rejoice. EE was my first mod i ever installed, and i still love the original, EE2, and EE3 all the same. Jun 25, 2013Maybe its just me being crazy but I feel like TC2 was more about the destination/end result and TC3 is more about the journey. Which brings me to my question. Az, are you planning on adding lots of nick-nacks like in TC2 or are you trying to cut down on that?Posted in: Minecraft Mods

There already are recipies to turn cobble into diamonds, albeit there are many more steps, but the 512 cobble to 1 diamond was back in EE1, in EE2 and EE3 it is 8192 cobble to 1 diamond.

Approximately, what is the drop chance of minium shards from mobs? Do they drop more frequently under certain situations, or from different mobs?
Cant give an exact number, but id say probably around, 30%(Dont quote me on that, im just taking a wild guess) and they do not have any special conditions that they are more likely to drop. Note that only hostile mobs drop them.

I get this crash upon loading up world, before it started doing this I was trying to make a mystcraft tank cart nether lava pump
I think the problem is that the cart is stuck in the portal going back and forth but i dunno

Dec 23, 2012I spend half an hour reassigning ID's, i finally get it running. I run it again, it works. I try to install NEI plugin, crashes. Remove NEI plugin. Still get the ID crash. God, this is aggravating me so much. If only I could get a config that actually works with IC2, TE, and factorization. And in case anyone says Autoassign, it didn't work. I see that EE3 has taken a long time to develop, and that you have carefully thought about what goes in and out of the mod. But I'd just like to say that it would be a huge shame for you to remove collectors, and many other of the End-game items... I love the mod but it would seem to me that removing the collectors could be a very bad move. I'm sure that many people have worked on making these items, and now with the update they will realize that their work has been wasted. Please take that into consideration.

But no collectors were overpowered, especially on 24-7 servers, and will not be put back in, no matter what.

Yeah. EE2 existed for a couple of major (and around 350 minor, of which 120 happened in one day) patches before it was called 'EE2' officially.
I don't remember the exact reason it was renamed - it wasn't a clear-cut major patch when it got renamed. The patch that changed Collectors/Relays/etc to be as we know it, maybe? I don't remember exactly. It was almost like the end of EE1 was a prerelease of EE2 before it was officially released.
I believe the name change occurred when it was released for multiplayer. Don't know exactly for sure tho.
